Great experience! Went in for a carryout and was immediately helped by 2 very friendly people, one of whom was the assistant manager. Everything was perfect, and I was impressed with how clean and well kept the store was. Great job team! And thanks for my pizza ;)

A 20 minute estimate time for pick up turned into a 90 minute wait. The four employees seemed like it was their first day. Zero organization, lost orders, a dozen people waiting on pizza for over an hour with zero explanation or willingness to accommodate the customers who were waiting longer than it would take to make an entire pizza from scratch. Like grind the flour, milk the cow, make the cheese, from scratch.

Ordered a take out and for some reason the employee didn’t want to give it to us, asking for a proof, like describe what you have ordered. Like what? Got our order wrong as well and didn’t put any of 3 sauces that we ordered.

Ordered pizza on the app, the recommended delivery location that it suggested was the wrong address, confirmed it unknowingly. Pizza gets delivered to wrong address, delivery driver doesn't call or text, just leaves food at random doorstep that no one answered. Text the delivery person back, they ignore me. I call papa johns store, explain kindly what happened, they blame me and manager says nothing they can do and that I should cancel the charge on my credit card and place a new order. You're telling me the manager can't refund the order? I have to go through my CC? The delivery driver couldnt call to confirm and instead just drops pizzas off in the dead of winter at the door to get cold and I have to go hunt down my pizza? Where's an iota of customer service? I made a mistake, but so did they, but I get all the fault and still no pizza.
why is it not written on the website or anywhere else that the food is spicy? I ordered self-delivery and came home, and it turns out that the pizza I ordered was spicy, which was not mentioned in the product description, and I threw it in the trash!

Super busy pick up on Halloween Eve, but they were ready for me!
It took me 30 minutes and I still didn't get my order and they would not let me use the restroom not very helpful they don't cater to any of the people there with the services that are should be required by law like a restroom

I placed an order for carryout, it said it would be done in 35 minutes. I am still waiting for my pizzas an hour and a half later. The lack of communication from papa johns regarding them being busy makes them get one star. I understand it can get super busy but its not that hard to have someone dial the numbers on the orders and let the customer know they are behind. Then they have the audacity to ask for a tip on a carryout order?! Pay your employees more papa johns.
