It's been two times that I come here to the one with the rose. The first time I came the food was well served. We returned and the little girl who helped me was direct and helpful. There was very loud music and it was a little difficult for her and me to hear but she got straight to the point. I see many complaints about the extra things that have to be paid for. The service they have is horrible, the girl who is the cashier, very despotic and rude, told me that the chickens are very delicious and when I decided to go, I got this unpleasant service. You ask her what size the portions are and she tells you they just tell me What do they want ?and then I just have to not go again. They should change their staff, if you don't like customer service, don't work on it.
