Skip Red Fuego if you want Pollo a la Brasa. No good.
Red Fuego's chicken only masquerades as Pollo a la Brasa.
Sure it's, seasoned differently than anything you'd had before and it isn't dry. The flavor is just garbage. A travesty to call it pollo a la brasa.
To top it off: Tiny serving, a joke of a 1/4 chicken. Imagine a leg that's smaller than the plastic fork. I thought I got one big thigh. Nope this chicken had wing sized legs.
I got rice and potatoes. Rice was inedible. Funky and soft. Probably their cheapest sides to purchase themselves - still it's $12 freaking dollars. I didn't even finish eating the chicken because I was let down so hard being sold chicken under a false name.
French Fries were perfect....
I was really really looking forward to good chicken today, pollo a la brasa, and I was literally bummed out after tasting yours. An actual travesty that this brand has so many stores.

As you can see I'm always around visiting places and eating everywhere. And if you want a little advice; don't come here!! Worst service ever!!
The service at this place is one of the worst, I have been there in person and the man who serves is super rude and spoiled. Today they already reached the limit, I placed an order on Doordash and instead of accepting the mistake that they never made my order (after confirming it), the same rude guy as always tries to blame the Dasher since she accidentally pressed “ picked up”, but if that option was pressed and he himself now accepts that he sees my order in his history, it means that the order did arrive in his system normally, simply his inefficient work did this and now he tries to blame the person that delivers the orders. Also, then he talks bad about me to her? (I could hear everything because Dasher had me on the phone the entire time).

Chicken is some of the best there is! Incredibly fresh and a decent value, too. It used to be hard to know what to get if you were ordering out because their menu wasn't really online, but I just added a photo of the updated menu so check that out.
UPDATE: I still really love their food, when I can get it. It is expensive now and they seem to be out of their sides frequently?

Their prices have gotten really expensive. It used to be $12 for pollo saltado. Now it's $17. Inflation or not, that's crazy for the small portion size.

That guy you're there with today, Monday, is a good racist and mediocre, every time I go or call he always looks for a way to discuss what's happened more than 10 times and he keeps acting like he does, if they go American and I'm in line, he tells me wait. hair and I tend to the gringos if I go with a 100 bill and I am going to spend 60 or 70 he tells me no because the owner tells him not to even accept a 100 bill but he is only brother-in-law he is and the last ones who told me the other day that will clean the table
The food is tasty, I highly recommend this restaurant

The food tastes good but the portions are horrible. The chicken thigh they gave me was so small. Barely any meat, not worth the price. The steak is chewy and gross. Also my wife got pieces of thin steak with her lomo saltado. Don't spend your money here.

En lo personal, la comida es buena, lastimosamente no volveré a ir y tampoco a recomendar el restaurante, ya que la atención fue pésima, el muchacho que está atendiendo ( en el de Orem) es grosero, poco amable y no sabe dar un buen servicio al cliente, podrá ser rica la comida pero no quiero que a mis amigos y familiares los atiendan de esa menera.
