Mamá Chus | Mexican is a hidden gem with some of the best Mexican food in the valley. The atmosphere matches true Mexico vibes with epic views of the mountains out the windows. The service is quick, helpful, and very friendly. The chicken and cheese enchiladas with rice and bean are delicious, and the chicken tacos, chicken enchiladas, and chile rellnos are also highly recommended. The cheese crisp is a must. The chips are much better than other places and the salsa is fresh, though some days the salsa is wayyy spicy. The lunch special is a sweet deal with chips & salsa, entree, rice & beans, and a soda for $12. Food is quick, hot, and fresh. This is the best blend of Utah style Mexican with authentic flavorful dishes, and the best Mexican restaurant within hundreds of miles.
