I used to love the DQ on 800 N in Orem, but in the past year the service and portion sizes have diminished. The last visit I ordered two large shakes with my meal and they were pitiful. The ice cream didn't even go past the lip of the cup. Then inside the cup it was half empty. The Oreo shake was so bad, I asked them if they made a mistake and they did fix it. The food was spectacular two nights ago, the employee who said his name was Chazz with two Zs was very attentive and made sure we enjoyed our meal. It was a great experience and I hope he will be there to serve us again, we will definitely be coming again soon.

Honestly, I haven’t ordered food at DQ in years, but my nephew wanted to go here to get dinner, so I took him. I was pleasantly surprised. Our food was really good. I ordered the two cheese double cheeseburger, and it hit the spot. It was hot off the grill which was great and slightly schlopy with condiments which is exactly how I like my burgers. Great job DQ!
