Restaurant Forte offers unbeatable prices and fantastic food cooked by UVU culinary students. The atmosphere is amazing, and the quality surpasses many off-campus fine dining places. Customers enjoyed a surprise meal of pork belly with jalapeño grits and maple syrup, followed by a perfectly cooked steak. Chef Todd Leonard and the staff provided excellent service, making it one of the best dining experiences. Highly recommended, with hopes for extended hours.
