This used to be our favorite place to come and get a treat during the summer. But last time we went when we got our sno cones they were completely melted. My fiancee ordered cream on hers and they forgot the cream. I think we might need to find a new summer treat spot.

Out of 50% of flavors. Out of gummies. No Apple Pay. Skimped on the juice and the syrup was obviously cut with way too much water.

We came when the girl was closing and she went back in and reopened to make us a snowcone. She was so sweet to us and then on top this was the best snowcone I’ve had all summer. The ice was super soft and the flavor was really good. Also very generous with the cream and the price was great. I’ll be coming back here every time.My boyfriend wanted me to say “Astounding customer service and snowcone.”

If you're in Orem and looking for a good snow cone at an amazing price look no further! Summer Sno Shaved Ice has so many flavor combinations with more toppings than Ive seen at any other "shaved ice shack" (including gummy peaches which are honestly my fav!) The sizes are also HUGE! I got a "kiddie" size which is the smallest and it was the perfect amount to split in half with my daughter.The main thing I can say about this place that has to be mentioned is about the people working there. They are nothing short of AMAZING! Wonderful, sweet, caring, friendly, with extremely fast service! I actually came with two "get a free snowcone" coupons, so I didn't have any money on me. The coupon already generously let you choose up to three flavors (just pay extra for toppings) and my daughter really wanted whipped cream and peaches but since I didn't have any money with me I didn't know what to do. Well the sweet girl working there took the money out of her own tip jar to pay for the extra toppings after already giving us two huge "kiddie" snowcones for free with the coupons which she didn't have to do nor did I ask, she just did it without any hesitation! On top of that she saw how I was struggling to get them back to the truck so she helped me out by putting them in four cups instead of two since they were so big and they wanted to make it easier for the drive home (which actually made it now feel like we were getting four snow cones)! And actually helped me walk them to the car and load them into our tiny truck filled with balloons which made it even more difficult so the balloons wouldn't fly away. They went far beyond "good customer service" they were nothing short of outstanding!! I will definitely spend the rest of my summer coming here no question!! I'd give them a 100 star rating if I could!!?

So slow... They are clearly understaffed. It took roughly 30 minutes to get one small with no toppings. The poor kid working was solo, so any new customer caused the snow cone making process to completely stop.The snow cones are great, it isn't the worker's fault, management needs to make sure they have more people working so they can get the product out in a more reasonable timeframe.

The flavors are good and the workers are nice. But I’m sorry .75 for the saddest little drizzle of cream is insane. Half my ice was super chunky and the other have fine and what you would expect for a sno cone so not sure if they were just having issues with the machine today.

I LOVE the flavor options here. But the “snow” (ice) is seriously SO TERRIBLE. When you think of a “snow” cone you think of nice fluffy shaved ice. Unfortunately that is not what you get here. You get chunky ice that you get to crunch down on when eating. The only reason I go back is for a specific flavor I can’t find anywhere else. They used to be great! Unfortunately the “snow” part of the snow cone has gone down hill.

At the bottom of one of our snow cones we found a big fly/mosquito. I was in the car the entire time so not stoked to find that after eating 80%. Clean it up over here before you serve bugs please. Def ruined my evening treat and made my stomach hurt thinking about what else I just had in that.
