I've been coming here for 10 years regularly, I've tried at least 6 other pho places in Utah but this place gets the broth just right, the staff is almost always great, their gyoza is better than everywhere else too. I also enjoy their edamame occasionally. The only thing I'd watch out for is the seafood pho, it's more traditional extra fishy than most Americans are used to.
Great pho, very large portions, friendly customer service that paid attention to the details (like bringing me a to-go sauce cup with my box for my spring rolls without needing to ask).The atmosphere is simple, and a little bare. Though that kind of has its own charm.I'll be coming here again.
