All the classics from Guadalajara plus a new favorite of mine, the quesabirria (don’t forget the consume broth) paired with a lime jarritos. Clean, approachable, friendly, fast service. Spoke both Spanish and English. Definitely coming back.

Best tortas in town
Food was contaminated with bacteria or the man preparing the food had their hands contaminated. I have been burping sulfur, nauseas and diarrhea since I had this Carnittas which were dry, food is not pictured at all. EXPENSIVE! Bad customer service!

I stopped by earlier and really vibed with not only the owners but the truck, location and food as well. Will totally be back again!
BEST TACOS! Call me big back but I've tried so many tacos and these are so much better than most places in utah county! Definitely recommended! They are the nicest people you will ever meet they make sure you are taken care of!

The taco truck experience was disappointing. The tacos were bland and lacked authentic flavors. The meat was dry, and the tortillas were stale. Service was slow, and the staff seemed uninterested. Additionally, I experienced mistreatment and racist remarks for being white, which was both offensive and unacceptable people need to understand just because you are white does not mean that you are naïve and don’t understand or speak Spanish. I am very fluent in Spanish and understood every word and comment that was made towards me and my family Overall, it was an underwhelming and unpleasant experience I wouldn't recommend. If you are looking for a real taco spot with great customer service and not being treated a certain way, go to the fabulous tacos, or tacos don Joaquin

I was very disappointed in my experience at this taco truck. The tacos were bland and lacked flavor, and the meat was dry and overcooked. The portions were small for the price, and the ingredients did not seem fresh. Also, the man had a bad attitude and seemed to skimp on meals. The service was slow and disorganized, and the staff seemed indifferent to customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, I will not return or recommend this place to others. Don't buy their fresh waters either, it says that they only have large measurements, but they fill your glass with a large amount of ice. When I emptied the water there was a lot of ice and little product, I asked him to explain a little about the meats and he responded with a bad attitude saying that there was no need to explain that everything was what it was, he seemed not interested in my sale. That place is called Tortas Agadas de Guadalajara.
