About Tsubame Rotating Sushi

Tsubame Rotating Sushi offers a fun way to eat sushi with a great selection and atmosphere. Diners can pick from a large selection of appetizing sushi that goes by on the conveyor belt, or order anything they want made fresh off the tablet for delivery on the "bullet train." The rotating experience gives the opportunity to try new rolls. The restaurant is kid-friendly, providing high chairs and accommodating families. The sushi is good quality and reasonably priced. The dining experience is exquisite, with many plates to pick from and try a little bit of everything. The service is prompt and caring, with prompt drink refills and perfectly timed jokes. The food is top-tier, a lively atmosphere, and the kind of service that makes you feel like royalty and a close friend all at once. It is a memorable dining experience, with the food undeniably delicious, and service that makes you feel like you are the only table in the place without slowing down the flow of a busy restaurant.

I highly recommend this place!

We've been to other rotating sushi places in the West, and Tsubame can stand with the best of them. Creative rolls, excellent side dishes (especially the gyoza and bao buns), and the very Tokyo decor. I felt like this experience is straight out of a youtubes ASMR video! We put our name into wait list, was seated in 5 minutes, food in our mouths within 1 minute of sitting down! If we didn't see a dish we wanted we ordered via a table tablet and it arrived atop the conveyor, just for us! My favorite is the Salt and Pepper Maguro!
Update: still digging the Maguro.
