12 empty tables, still a 20 minute wait even though no one is serving food, make sure you have time. When we were finally seated they said they close in 25 minutes so not much food. What a joke.

Great place for quality sushi. Tons of options. The decor is so awesome. And the service is very prompt and polite. I recommend the fatty salmon and the desserts were also delish. Still good. New pricing is amazing

Super fun place! Makes you feel like you're dining in the future. I've been there with just adults and also with the kids. Everyone has loved it.

The food is decent. The atmosphere is light and easy feeling. The staff are all extremely professional as I headed this team. The main issue is the owner. This individual hired me on and quickly promoted me to a manager position. I was given empty promises of a bonus as well as medical, dental, and vision insurance. Never happened. I was trained for maybe 3 days and left to my devices where It was sink or swim. I innovated, a was resourceful, I made extremely tough calls all while the owner vacationed for 4 months. During this time I was dealing with degenerative disc disease due to multiple herniated discs in my spine. I was taking copeos amounts of opiates so that I could function. As a result my relationship started failing and in the same breathe my father became terminally ill. I pulled my manager aside and explained that my body was suffering and that I needed to discontinue taking opiates and check into a detox center. He knew I was reaching out for help. He made me believe that he actually cared about me. Two days after this conversation he fired me unceremoniously. I asked for severance pay that way I could get into a detox center and send some money to my grand mother who was taking care of my father and so that I could get a flight to my dad after I was done detoxing. The owner refused and sent me a screen shot of a flight with a 30 hr lay over knowing the condition of my body/back. I could excuse all of that but to inflame things the owner loved to joke around with me and say extremely racist, sexist, and homophobic things about my employees/co-workers. If you’re thinking about working/eating here, first, ask yourself: “Is this the kind of person I want to support?” You work so hard for your money and for what? To pay for over priced, toxic, farmed salmon and teriyaki sauce that is 80% corn syrup?

Now that ALL plates are 3.39, this place is definitely worth going to. The conveyor belt is a neat thing, and the food options were quite varied and constantly coming. We were there about 5pm on a Wednesday, and had no issues getting what we wanted. We also used the iPad on the table to get specific rolls and a few deserts immediately instead of waiting for them to come back around. Will absolutely be back!

Tsubame was unique experience! The conveyor belt is fun and interesting. However, the quality of the sushi was not great. It is relatively cheap and I’m glad I finally went to try it out. The experience is the main attraction, but I would not interested in coming back due to the quality of the food.

The experience is usually a fun one, however I think it gets too much hype. When it’s busy, there’s hardly any sushi on the conveyor and when there is, it’s mediocre quality at best. Fun for a date night, but there’s much higher quality sushi in the Orem area for about the same price. You definitely pay for the experience rather than the food.

Went here for Valentine’s Day with my wife and absolutely loved it. We hoped on the yelp waitlist about an hour and a half ahead of time so our table was ready just 10min after we arrived. Busy but loved the food and the atmosphere, really cute restaurant! Definitely a unique experience with the rotating track, try it out for a fun, nicer date night! The highlight of the night was the mango mochi. Best mochi I’ve ever had in my life. 10/10 would recommend :)

Jumped on the waitlist today on valentines we expected a long wait but after waiting an hour and half and seeing the waiters not in any rush to clean tables and seat the crowd standing at the door taking there time chatting with each other. The chefs were in no hurry standing around and chatting just a terrible
