Wallabys Smokehouse is a good spot with amazing food served in baking pans. The meat quality is high, though prices can be on the higher side. The staff is kind and quick, making it a good place to hang out. The burger is worth the price, and the tender pulled pork and nice chicken are standout dishes. While the brisket was unfortunately unavailable, the rolls are excellent. The wild salad is a bit heavy on sweet vinaigrette, and the cole slaw could be more flavorful. Overall, it's a good experience with fast service and helpful staff.
