My husband and I usually eat at this Wendy's on UVU's campus weekly. They always have excellent customer service. The food is always warm and tasty. Honesty is always so kind, helpful, and hustling to get things done right. She's personable and welcoming to customers. I've also seen her happy to help customers in wheelchairs get their drinks. She's the best! We highly recommend this Wendy's!
This is one UVU campus. I had good service and food here. But they turned off the option to mobile order and they don’t accept Apple Pay or coupons. So for now it’s full price only which is fine. But I use the app for the deals so it’s a bummer for me. Won’t shop here until they turn mobile ordering on.
I have to be honest the UVU location is the best Wendy's in orem. I feel like they do a better job then all of the others. The state street always messes up my order, and the center street location is always slow.The UVU location always does a great job. I have not been disappointed yet.
