I’m always looking for a new place to try and decided this was my next go to. I’m so glad I went with this spot because wow! I got the Wild Mountain Salad and it’s more than what I expected it to be. I will definitely be coming back to this place.

We live in SLC and have a recreational property near Panguitch, we absolutely love Back roads Bistro. I love that near everything is made from scratch and all the fresh options. Friendly and attentive service always.The best restaurant in Panguitch by far!
Our first time at Backroads and it most certainly won't be our last! The food was absolutely FABULOUS 😋 Loved everything 😁
