Two of my kids got food poisoning from this restaurant during our ski trip to Utah. One of my sons missed two days of skiing and had to go to Urgent Care. The restaurant indicated that they were going to give us a credit for our meal and then did nothing and stopped answering our texts. We spent $500.00 at this restaurant and $500.00 on urgent care visit. If I had time, I would file a lawsuit against them. Just plan terrible.

BUYER BEWARE: THIS PLACE WILL GIVE YOU FOOD POISONING. I've never left a review before because even with bad food or service, I've never felt a pressing need to warn others. This time is different. Here's our story: On Wednesday, March 13th, our party of nine came into 501 Main with a reservation for 6:30. We spent over $500 for our meal, which included firecracker shrimp and two orders of bruschetta for appetizers. My two sons, ages 10 and 14, are the only people who ate the shrimp. About six hours later, they both became violently ill with vomiting, stomach cramps, and other food poisoning symptoms. My 14 year old felt so bad, he begged me to take him to the hospital. I had to go to urgent care with him for an IV to get some fluids and an anti-nausea medicine. The doctors there said his symptoms were consistent with food poisoning, not a virus, since nobody else had any gastro-intestinal distress. Since they were the only two people eating the shrimp, it was quite clear what they got the food poisoning from. My sons had to miss skiing on Thursday and Friday, which we'd flown to Park City specifically to do. When I contacted the restaurant, they referred me to Alyssa Marsh, the owner. She said she'd take care of us and offered us a $100 refund which never arrived. When we pressed her on the matter, asking where it was and if she'd refund our portion of the check - because our family of five who were affected by the food poisoning spent $280 alone-- she ghosted us. We never heard from her again and this bare-bones refund has never arrived. Our kids' trip and ours was ruined due to the absolute negligence of this establishment. Save your money and go somewhere that actually follows healthcare protocols and responds when people tell them they were violently ill because of unsafe food practices. 501 on Main is gross, the little cups of water they give you are warm, and our server, although nice, was so utterly in the weeds, we had to beg her for refills. And by the way, the "steak" entrée (Main Street Cut of the Day) didn't taste any different than the Signature Pot Roast. Exact same mealy texture. Exact same brown, greasy gravy dumped on top. My 14-year-old in culinary class could cook a better steak than that, for the record. If I could give this 0/5 stars, I would. Absolutely wretched.

My two sons got food poisoning from this restaurant. One of them had to go to the Urgent care for an IV. We had dinner here during our Ski trip and they split the firecracker shrimp. The restaurant seemed to be responsive when we called them, but then ghosted us. Our party of 9 spent 500.00 and they offered us 100.00 and it has yet to be processed. Our ER bill was 500+, not to mention the disruption to our ski trip. I would never go to this restaurant.

The service at this restaurant is terrible. The host has no idea how to organize the tables. The waiters (Latins) give bad service, my companions and I spent 15 minutes waiting and no one attended. Also, in general, everything was very dirty, garbage on the floor and a dirty bathroom. The food is overrated, very expensive just for the location.

First of amazing food!!! The service out of this world. The most friendly people you can come in touch. The food out of this world. El servicio, la amabilidad de todos los empleados es increíble. Para tomar solo una copa de vino o para cenar. Sin duda tienen que venir. Y la música. Lo mejor.

Seated in lower bar area, not the best table near the hostess stand and breezy restaurant entrance. Other tables available but for only two of us they didn't want waste a four top near kitchen closing time. Ordered bison burgers and side salads, slightly overdone which cooked away flavor, toppings helped but not the point. Vinaigrette salad dressing was a winner. Service was prompt and helpful.

It started with the most amazing menu and then add our incredibly knowledgeable server Mayra. The interior is cute with an open kitchen. Foods are fresh and local. The menu is well marked for food allergies. They had gluten free dairy free cheese, gluten free vegan bun and even dairy free aioli. Our son was able to have a bison burger that actually had a bun. It was great.

Great! Service was very nice. Food was not all bad. However you would expect more than plastic cups and plates that definitely aren’t ceramic for the price of the food.

I'll round up to 3 for the supreme Bloody Mary because I can't give 2.5. We went for dinner and hubs ordered an espresso martini and I ordered a supreme Bloody Mary -not my normal dinner drink but I've been craving one with breakfast all week on our trip and this dumb state doesn't allow alcohol to be served before 10:30/11. (What horsesh*t rules I can only imagine are inspired by the religion of the area). The espresso martini was weak. I'm not sure there was a full ounce of vodka in that drink. With that complaint out of the way my Supreme bloody was delicious. I ordered a second bloody but got a regular and it was not as good. Onto the food- we ordered poutine for an appetizer and it was meh. It was more French fries with melted cheese. Dear management add a hefty laddle of gravy to make a much better poutine. I ordered the market cut steak which was an 8oz flat iron steak. To be honest I was hoping for a ribeye when we arrived and disappointed in the other menu options so I reluctantly settled for the flat iron. It was just meh. I guess if you love flat iron steaks maybe you'd have enjoyed it. The mashed potatoes and au jus were good but the season veggies were a total of 4 modest sized carrots.... Come on it's freaking carrots you can't give a few more? Hubs ordered the "seasonal" pasta -per recommendation of our waitress-which was a pappardelle pasta with lemon crème sauce. It was the most boring sauce that I've ever had. Completely lacking flavor. Even for him so he didn't finish because it wasn't worth the calories. When the bill came it was the most expensive meal of our trip but also the most disappointing. Can't say I'll visit again because we picked the two best looking options on the menu and they were both underwhelming.

Food was average, shrimp was super dry, spinach artichoke dip was ok and salmon was alright. Julissa was a great server but it was overall okay if you need a shorter wait on Main
