If you like meat, OK.If you are looking for true Swiss dishes, run away!We are Swiss and have never been such disappointed by the no-taste of the cheese fondue. The owner didn’t either apologize or tried to understand who we didn’t like it.Such a pity. Nothing to do with the kindness and the high level of services of the Park City people.

The Swiss fondue was a total disappointment! You can do it with cheddar, béchamel, spice and wine and you would end up at the same place. If there’s Swiss cheese in it, it must be an insignificant amount! That’s probably why they put spices (which has nothing to do inside a fondue ?!) and add a lot of wine to mask the tastelessness cheese they use... I wanted to make a trial with the applestruddle! The snails have nothing to do with the French garlic butter version ( it’s not bad but as a French I would have expect that they stick to the traditional escargot as stated on the menu ). I wanted to try the applestrudle - again very disappointing experience. The vanilla sauce has no taste, the straddle is dry, the dough is less than average. The price is way too high versus the quality of food they serve...

Service non existent! For the prices they charge my experience was borderline atrocious. Took 30 minutes for a waitress to just come take our order and then we waited another 2 hours until we’ve had enough waiting. Our main course failed to arrive at that point and we’ve had enough and left. This restaurant should be rated 2.5 at best. The appetizers were just ok. This restaurant is not worth wasting time and especially $$$. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Disappointing experience right when we walked in. They do seatings here and the lobby area was incredibly crowded. Covid or not you still don't want to be shoved in a small area with strangers before a meal. I had high hopes for the food but the Swiss style raclette was nothing special. It would have been unique if they would have melted the cheese table side. The service was fine, but the restaurant was rather dark and nothing special on the inside that was "charming". The fondue was just melted chocolate with a little candle over it. It made the melting pot look like a gourmet experience. I would expect fondue like that at a friends house, but not a restaurant. Won't likely go back and won't be recommending for any visitors. If you're looking for chocolate fondue in Park City consider other options.

We ate with our friends on a Saturday evening and had reservations on Opentable. Were seated right away and the server was a total blast -- she was super friendly and informative and really made our night. All the dishes we had (starting with the mushroom soup) were wonderful. My husband and I shared the chateaubriand and enjoyed it very much. Some folks were really down on the decor, but there was nothing there that bothered, it was a great night.

You can tell a lot about a restaurant by the passion of the owner and kindness from the staff. The food was also incredible - a given.Be well all and thank you.

This should have been the highlight dinner of our trip. The most basic problem was the temperature. A few minutes after being seated I noticed it was really warm. Checked my jacket thermometer (a very good accurate one), 82. By the time we left it was 86. Can you enjoy a nice steak and hearty red wine in that condition? The steak I ordered medium arrived well done. Sending it back would have prolonged the agony. It was like 35 degrees outside, clearly they were running heat, why would they do this? The management is insane. Additionally one person order a glass of wine, It took 30 minutes. Just unreal.

Lucky enough to get a last minute reservation and glad we did! Started with the escargot, which was fresh and very tasty (and they brought fresh bread to soak up that wonderful garlic butter). The cheese fondue for two brought back memories of living in Switzerland. It was served with boiled potatoes, apples, and lots of bread. A small salad was served before the fondue. The New Zealand Sauvignon blanc paired well with everything. I would love to come back to try the beef/veal, elk/venison, or rack of lamb dishes.

I recommend the Lamb, escargot, and racklette. This is a must visit in Park city. Ask for the Hot-tub table.

Retro vibe. Perfect execution. Best fondue in Park City. It is no accident that it has been a local's favorite since before I was born.

Mediocre food. Over hyped, not worth the money. Had the Wienerschnitzel, it was absolutely tasteless and dry. They cut in a meat slicer into 2 pieces after cooking it to make it look bigger. Seriously?!?!. Pasta also tasteless. Save your money.

Great dinner but even more incredible service! If you head to Adolph’s request Linda as your server! Food was good, atmosphere 1980, service great! We would go again, as long as Linda was working!

Worst place I have had. Veal was flavorless, not so world famous! Service was poor, but we had water filled quickly. Would not recommend.
