The absolute worst breakfast I’ve ever had. Horrible horrible horrible. Slow and forgetful server. Took 1 hour to order and get food. Do not waste your time here. It used to be good. Will never ever ever be back. Everything was horrible flavors/cold/stale. The sourdough toast was the only edible thing.

They don’t honor their hours and are unfriendly and unwelcoming. We are locals and have often come in after church on Sunday arriving around 12:15. Today was the same, we arrived at 12:16. Immediately upon entering an older woman with very long hair and glasses said with an annoyed rude tone “We usually close at 1, but I’ll go ahead and seat you”. She immediately went to the door and changed the sign to “closed”.. at 12:18. This was very off putting. We are usually in and out within 30-45 minutes so we would’ve been done and gone before 1 anyway. It made us so uncomfortable we decided to leave without ordering and go elsewhere. In the past have arrived well before 1 and saw the closed sign on the door. There aren’t a lot of breakfast places around so this is very disappointing.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this visit really missed the mark. The service was incredibly slow and unorganized. Felicia seemed to be the only one working, but even then, things didn’t run smoothly. She took our drink order, came back with the tray, set it down on a table next to us, and walked away—we had to grab our own drinks.
It took another 20 minutes just to put in our food order and request another round of drinks. At one point, she brought out a pot of coffee, placed it at an empty table, and disappeared again—my friend had to walk over and refill his own cup.
While waiting for our food, I noticed several tables around us had empty plates just sitting there. Felicia walked by them multiple times and didn’t clear anything. On top of all that, I found a hair in my pancake.
I understand that serving can be tough, but the restaurant wasn’t even busy. The whole experience felt like there was no urgency or awareness. It took over 2.5 hours just to get through breakfast and a couple of drinks, which is way too long.
Unfortunately, I won’t be returning anytime soon.

Food was, meh. Everything we ordered was so very dry. Service was a problem. We ordered, were brought our food (minus toast that never made it out) and then didn't hear from our server again until we asked a busser to send her our way for a check about 45 minutes later.

Park City local here... have been here many times o er the past 10 years and through the ownership changes you can tell it's going downhill.
Had a basic breakfast and ham was dry, hashbrowns completely dry like they didn't even use butter or oil to cook them, eggs ordered medium and came out over hard. The best part of the meal was the orange garnish.
Likely will not be back.

I really want to love this place, especially as a Pinebrook local! The space itself is great, and I think it has so much potential to be a fantastic addition to the neighborhood. It would be amazing to have a go-to spot for breakfast, brunch, or lunch—something like FiveSeeds, with delicious food, friendly service, and a welcoming ambiance.
That said, it feels like the restaurant could use a little more love. The food was just okay, and while the staff was fine, one server wearing a name tag with a not-so-friendly word on it made for a less-than-welcoming experience. A small detail, but it really impacts the overall vibe. Also, serving apple juice in large, over flowing, ice-filled glasses for little kids made it tough for them to hold—something a bit more family-friendly would have been appreciated!
I remember when this spot was Dana’s, and it always had a lively energy. Now, it just feels a bit lackluster, which is disappointing. I’d love to see this place thrive, but for now, I don’t think we’ll be back anytime soon. Hoping to see some positive changes because having a great neighborhood restaurant would be such a win for the community!

Leanna is awesome! We had a great breakfast and are really glad we gave B & D’s a chance. It’s an amazing spot for breakfast. Try the Rueben Omelette and the pancakes. The avocado toast was awesome too and I added balsamic glaze to it.

Look, I understand it’s important to J1s but this place does an absolutely terrible job of teaching them their menu, how to treat their customers or anything like that. They came to verify our order four times and still messed it up incredibly bad. Tried to get a cup of fruit (which I got last time) and they told me no because it wasn’t on the menu (my fathers needed to follow a specific diet) so then I switched it to the chicken fried steak and got a regular steak that admittedly was pretty good, but not at all what I ordered Then I got the regular breakfast and I asked to get some scones on the side Which we’re supposed to come with honey butter but at last they didn’t give me any until the very, very end. Not only that but people waited forever to get some water and they could have really used an actual manager to help them out but instead left it up to two guys ( who were admittedly trying their best) but still didn’t quite understand English well enough to be taking orders. Some advice is to go over the menu with them and clearly label their responsibilities instead of sending out them
Out with no information and letting them figure it out at the expense of your customers.

Restaurant hours not the same as Google posted hours. I arrived at 7:45 and they were still closed, even though Google showed 7:00am.
I haven't had the best experiences here in the past but wanted to give them another chance. I guess not :-/

B & D’s looked inviting, nice atmosphere. The reviews seemed good, so we thought we’d try it. The server was more than kind and helpful. I was surprised by the quality of the food…some was inedible. Not up to the caliber of most Park City restaurants. I thought I’d try the grits with cheese, egg on top. The grits were the consistency (and likely the flavor) of wall paper paste. I sent it back, but paid for it. The coffee was cold and bitter. I asked for cold brew instead, hoping it would be better. I was brought a huge plastic tumbler filled with watered down coffee and milk…undrinkable. Finally I asked for orange juice. It came in a plastic cup instead of a glass. The bacon looked days old and reheated. The wheat toast tasted like cheap wheat bread from the store. The hash browns were cold. I don’t think I’ve ever ordered food where nothing was good. A complete waste of a $40 breakfast! So disappointing! Never going back!

I have no words. The food was disgusting… more like cardboard. The servers walk around with an attitude and are rude. The water tastes like it came right out the river. Coffee… out of the question. How do you mess up French toast!?! We didn’t even eat any of our food and not once did they ask if everything was ok. Not a great experience AT ALL. The worst part was that we paid $60 for food that was left on the table!! I never write reviews and I’m usually someone that can find the good in everything but nope. We left hungry and pissed. The pictures are when we left.
