Late afternoon. Two standard Mexican entrees: chili rellnos w/rice and beans, enchiladas and chili rellnos w/rice and beans. Two regular margaritas. Chips and salsa came gratis. We got a 10% discount for staying at the Marriott next door. Our discounted bill before tax: $56. Food was good but the beans and rice had red beans, not black. Service was slow after we received our order. Inside/outside seating. Our 3rd visit. Location was convenient to our hotel. Good, but not great, Mexican food.
After a day of hiking, a delicious margarita and great food hit the spot. Everything had an authentic taste and the setting was relatively quiet outside which was perfect
I visited the Baja Cantina for drinks with my sister and had no issue with the service initially. I was shocked to get notified by my credit card company of an additional $50 charge that was not reflected on my receipt. I returned to restaurant to resolve the issue. The manager was extremely dismissive and offered no explanation or accountability. Instead of addressing the charges professionally, he made it seem like it was my problem to figure out. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and shows a clear lack of integrity and customer care. I had hoped for a simple explanation and refund, but was met with indifference. Needless to say, I will not be returning and I would caution others to check their bills and credit card statements carefully.
So the waitress was very nice and always had the right recommendations if you asked her for her opinion. She was very funny. Food I had was absolutely amazing - it was fresh and delicious. The virgin mojito and margarita were very good - the mojito was a little too icy and not enough mint, but still very good. the margarita was very good. The churros were so good and were covered in cinnamon sugar. Review written by 12 year old expert in Mexican cuisine.

Stopped in for some food during a not busy hour this week. The host was more interested in his phone than doing his job. He made it seem as if we had inconvenienced him by being there. After the awkward process of being seated, we realized the place smelled like it had a gas leak. It was so bad that it was nauseating. After 10 minutes at the table, we had not received service from anyone, so we walked out. Do not recommend this place unless you have no other option.

Baja Cantina in Park City, Utah, is a fiesta for the senses! From the moment you walk in, the vibrant colors and upbeat atmosphere set the stage for a fun dining experience. It’s like stepping into a beachy, taco-filled paradise—without the sand in your shoes! The margaritas are top-notch, so strong you’ll feel like you’re catching a wave of flavor with every sip. And speaking of waves, their tacos are truly the tidal wave of taste you didn’t know you needed. Whether you go for the shrimp, carnitas, or the classic carne asada, each bite is like a mini vacation for your taste buds. But it’s not just the food that shines; the staff is as friendly as a golden retriever in a hammock. They’re quick with a recommendation, and even quicker with a refill. You’ll feel like part of the Baja Cantina family by the end of your meal. And don’t get us started on the guacamole—it’s fresh, chunky, and made with love, like your grandma’s secret recipe if your grandma had a love affair with avocados. If you’re in Park City and craving great food, drinks, and a lively atmosphere, Baja Cantina is the place to be. It’s the perfect spot to kick back, relax, and maybe even make some new taco-loving friends.
Food was good. Kind of pricey.
I've traveled a lot and have never been charged for more chips and salsa. Maybe it's a Utah thing?
