This restaurant is ruining park city. The service was terrible. We waited for 30 minutes until we even saw our server…. We were able to order food and drinks which did come out quickly but were not given utensils, given the wrong drink and not given chips for the dip - it took another 10 minutes until we were able to flag someone down. No one ever checked on us again. We wanted more food but never got the chance to see our server to order and by the time we did see him we wanted to leave. We had to again wave our server down to get a to-go box and the check. Other tables were served and waited on before us. The food was not good enough for the prices and the service was the worst I have experienced in a long time. I want to support local businesses to keep park city local but having terrible service with average food is how park city will be ruined by corporations.

The sides aren't great, specifically the rice. I'm not a picky eater and it just didn't taste right. Queso tasted like white velveeta. Lol. The California burrito though was good. The ambiance was nice though. Someone put a lot of work into the decor.

We always enjoy Billy Blanco's. The atmosphere is casual and fun and family friendly. Our waiter, Daniel, was outstanding!
2nd time going there within 2 months, due to Dr's apts in the area. Food is good, but expensive for what you get and portion sizes getting much smaller. Service needs to be radically improved, each time we went, waiter didn't check after having the food delivered, and never came back to see if you wanted a box I had to chase them down. Not impressed as of late and probably won't return.

The tortilla was hard, didn’t seem cooked all the way, meat wasn’t good quality, offered sauce for the burrito but didn’t mention it was an extra $2. It’s not the cost it’s that fact that I felt the server was upselling without mentioning the cost.

The fajitas were horrible. The meat was so chewy and it tasted old. The guacamole was brown and the tator tots were cold. When my son and I left we both looked at each other and said that was really bad. The server was attentive.

Billy's has been a favorite for several years. The food is excellent and always cooked to perfection and fresh. Their servers range from all around the world and have been trained to be warm and welcoming and have the right timing for checking in for orders, drink refills, etc. I look forward to Billy's every time and have been here 10+ times with a 5 star every single time.
