Blind Dog Restaurant & Raw Bar

Thank you, Brian our server for your excellent service -even if the food was mediocre which is happening a lot these days we would come back just for the service and how fun you made your table. Not only that one of gals at our table owns a restaurant and she was super impressed. Blind Dog is lucky to have you as one of their employees.

As always, great food, great service! I highly recommend this restaurant, although be prepared for noise! The main dining room can get extremely noisy, making it difficult at times to have a conversation.

Loved the service and food and overall a good culinary experience. But our table for 2 was right between two tables of 4, and so close we should have been eating with them. Also the noise level made it tough to have a nice conversation. So if you are looking for a nice quiet and intimate evening out, I wouldn't recomend Blind Dog.

We enjoyed fresh and innovative selections at the recommendation of our server, Jenn. She was super attentive and made sure we fully enjoyed ourselves. The ambience was perfect... Not stuffy, but close to a high-end bar. 

Fisherman's stew was excellent. Mahi mahi very good, very tasty. The meatloaf was just ok and crab cakes were decent. The lemonades were very expensive and unfortunately there was a fly at our table. But generally we enjoyed our experience there and would return especially for fisherman's stew.

Had a great birthday dinner with family- tried the seasonal butternut squash bisque which was delicious but very filling (pair with something light!). The Red neck caprese salad with fried green tomatoes was a creative twist and very tasty. We tried the frozen Meyer lemon pie after, very lemony and tasty. Service was stellar and price point reasonable. Can't wait to return!

This was our first dinner, the food was very good and the setting was nice. It was a little noisy, as it is family friendly. Our server, Jenn was excellent. She made great recommendations and was very attentive to all of our needs.

Service was outstanding. Very nice wine list. Food was disappointing, especially given other reviews. Both the steak & chicken we ordered were quite dry.

As always, the service was attentive and the food very good. A particular call-out to the chicken which was moist and flavorful.

Excellent restaurant in Park City. The menu is large with lots of variety. Loved every dish we tried. Great service also!!

Been going to The Blind Dog since the time they opened in Prospector and continue to always enjoy every visit. Great food, drinks and wait staff is always outstanding! Particulary like bringing our out of town guests, they always love The Blind Dog!

Great place for a incredible dinner. If you like meatloaf try the dream loaf. Love the tuna nachos

Great food and service for our family group. Fun cocktails and sake selection. Quality sushi and variety of menu items. Highly recommend.

Wow! Just a wonderful dinner and service from Jeffrey! Hugh menu and they can modify items to your liking. Highly recommend the gazpacho and ahi tuna tacos. Great sushi rolls as well as nice selection of seafood entrees, raw bar, and salads. Save room for dessert! We enjoyed the frozen key lime pie and peach sorbet which was more like a shaved ice cream- so light and refreshing. We already made another reservation!

Bryan was great, the food was incredible, and the gluten free was really gluten free. Definitely will be back.
