Great food as always. The sushi is excellent and Thai crunch salad is a must order. Poke bowls are always delicious and very big portions. Our server Brian eco we have had a few times is friendly and always gives us alot of attention and makes sure our meal is the best Blind dog you are consistently excellent and a go to for a great night out.

I love the wide variety of the menu. The service is great. I definitely recommend going here every visit to Park City.

We have been to Blind Dog many times and it's always excellent. However, our most recent visit was somewhat of a let down. We always get the jolly rancher roll, it was delicious and my cocktail was delightful. Unfortunately, our entrées were very underwhelming. My husband's burger was extremely overcooked. I ordered the roasted salmon and while the salmon itself was cooked perfectly, the sides were bland. I hope the next visit will renew our confidence in Blind Dog.

We had a fabulous family reunion meal! Excellent service and the most delicious sushi and tempura in the world!

Alex was our server and he was excellent at guiding us through the menu. This was the first time we have been to the Blind Dog in Park City, and we went at the recommendation of a friend. We have 2 Celiac members of our family, so when we heard they had gluten free tempura, we wanted to try it out. DELICIOUS and safe! The celiac members ordered the shrimp and veggie tempura (excellent!), as well as a cucumber salad which was a nice, fresh compliment to the safe fried food! Alex explained they have a dedicated gluten free fryer. Amazing! Cocktails were delicious. Our non-gluten-free members were equally satisfied and happy! We all left with full bellies and we agreed we'll come back! Ask for Alex. He was wonderful!

4 of us were impressed with every item we enjoyed and our waiter, Chris, was exceptional. Will make sure to go back every trip to Park City.

We had 8 gals celebrating multiple birthdays and we had the best time. The food, the service ( ALEX our waiter), the patio seating, everything was awesome. I have a local and have been at this restaurant dozens of times. It is consistently great.

The very knowledgeable waiter was helpful and patient as the four of us selected sushi for our dinner. Being Park city residents for many years, we have dined often at the Blind Dog and always have enjoyed the experience.

Wine selection is way over priced for value, therefore did not order. Food was delish, however the menu has not changed in years, think it's time for more variety. Server was attentive & pleasant.

Our party of 6 had a very mixed evening which I think we can attribute to the wait staff. It seems none of our food was put in with any kind of planning. My entree arrived at the same time as a few of the appetizers. While potstickers were being placed in front of one friend, the server accidentally spilled hot miso on his bare arm and all down his shirt. He was in a lot of pain and was offered some napkins and ice bags (and later a free whiskey as an apology - though no meal comp). While everyone finished their main courses, my husband's sushi still had not shown up. After all meals were finished, my friend asked the server if his side of brussels sprouts were imminent within 5 minutes or less, and if not, please just remove them from the ticket. They were clearly forgotten and showed up 8 minutes late despite being told to nix them if they hadn't been put in yet. The server took them off the bill. It just felt poorly managed, and poorly executed,

I had an extremely enjoyable experience tonight at Blind Dog Restaurant & Raw Bar in Park City, and I want to give a huge shoutout to the staff—especially my waiter, Javi.

As someone with a severe peanut/tree nut allergy, dining out can be stressful. Tonight, I actually talked myself through a mild panic attack at dinner because I thought my tongue was going numb due to an unknown ingredient in my sushi roll. It turns out—it was just really spicy! (And DELICIOUS!)

From the start, Javi was incredibly understanding and immediately pointed out that anything fried is cooked in peanut oil, so I should avoid those items. Interestingly, highly refined peanut oil is generally considered safe for people with peanut allergies, as the refining process removes the proteins that trigger reactions—but I still appreciated the transparency.

I ordered the Redneck Caprese Salad, which features fried green tomatoes, burrata, heirloom baby tomatoes, basil, and aged balsamic. When Javi came back to get my sushi plate, he subtly—but importantly—double-checked my allergy for my safety. He let me know that my salad was almost ready but reminded me that the green tomatoes are fried in peanut oil. He reassured me that since we had already discussed it, everything would be fine.

During my panic attack, every part of my mouth felt like it was burning. Were my lips just chapped from the slopes, or were they swelling from an allergic reaction? It was terrifying. But when I replayed the events in my mind, I remembered how professional and thorough the staff had been. I reminded myself that I was in good hands, and that reassurance helped me pull myself out of my anxiety spiral. From that moment on, I was able to fully savor every bite of my meal. That peace of mind was absolutely priceless.

To top it off, when I ordered dessert, Jeffrey, another member of the dining team, casually mentioned that the owner has a walnut allergy, so they take food allergies very seriously—and it shows.

Thank you, Javi, Jeffrey, and the entire Blind Dog team, for your professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail. You truly made my night.
