Fast food these days are typically low on customer service and interaction between customers and staff. But not today at this Burger King.
I watched as the staff diligently fulfilled orders and were extremely busy and appeared barely to have a moment to take a break.
Kiosks take the orders, food delivery aps were a steady stream and added levels of difficulty to fulfill.
I watched as one woman worked non stop to take orders (in english or spanish), restock the bathroom and help customers. She reminded me of my mom. Dedicated.
She made my order right and I left with a smile. I wish I got her name.
If you stop by and get the feeling you are being served by your mom, it’s her. Tell her thank you and Semper Fi!

This is a very busy place, as far as the drive up window is concerned. We went inside because there were only two other cars in the parking lot. We were in a little bit of a hurry and it was very slow in getting our food, about 20 minutes. The workers were very nice and the food was great.

Notifying the health department is the only solution ...food isn't fresh.....this restaurant is TRASH absolutely the worst Burger King I've ever eaten at....avoid this restaurant you will only be wasting your money....

Terrible burger king. Asked the lady if we could please have a rag to wipe a table because they were all filthy. We chose one out of the sun & stood by it....she sighed heavily then wiped every table before ours. Fries and onion rings were old and not hot or warm. Mixed up our burger order putting cheese on the wrong one. We didn't complain because of how rude the lady was to us. 2 of the tables had broken chairs as well. Trashy place.

The old lady in the front is very rude . Called me a “goonie” for not understanding what number she was saying . The number with the machine and the one she was yelling were not even close and when I finally figure my food was ready she said “andy is a gooner” in a very sarcastic way. She gave us both same fries size and the onion rings were just put on top of the fries when it was supposed to be half and half for me . When I asked for mayo she seemed very annoyed to be there , I wanted more but with her personality and the way I was treated I felt threatened by her.

My family of 22 showed up during lunch time, and those ladies took care of us. Not only did they get our orders right, but every demand was taken care of in a professional manner. I would definitely go back when I'm in the area.

I've been going to this place for months now and the service is the same every time 25 minute wait in drive through just to get the order wrong this has happened multiple times now this last time I said the order was wrong the service lady for drive through said I had ordered a completely different meal and that I had said that specific number on the menu when I had only said the meal name, at this point I was waiting 30 minutes for her to deny that she messed up my order. I will never be returning to this location I suggest corporate do an audit on this location and just close this location as they cannot be making money just losing it and making burger king as a corporation look terrible.
