I love this restaurant and the food but if you have an allergy, they don’t care or they are not careful enough. Either way, I would avoid it if you have dietary restrictions.

Cool space, good food. Nothing blew us out of the park, but a good spot to eat nonetheless. However, service from Pablo was excellent!

This was our second visit to the restaurant. It is absolutely beautiful inside. Unfortunately, our experience fell flat.

We received a salad that had zero dressing on it.

When the entrees were served to the table, my dish was missing completely. We had already waited almost a half an hour for the entrees so I decided to forgo my meal. I thought that they might decide to comp something for this error but that did not happen.

We did have the trout and I will say that dish was especially tasty.

A gripe I have in particular, is that the wine list, while extensive, is ridiculously expensive. I'm from California and I know a lot of wines and I drink a lot of wine. The prices that they're charging per bottle were extreme. Additionally, the per glass prices are unusually high.

I was very disappointed given this is a well-rated restaurant and really beautiful inside.

Except for the error from our server not recording my meal order, the service was very good including busboys and water boys.

The food was really good but the service was flat out awful. The server brought me the wrong drink off the get go but set it down and walked away so fast I didn’t even have a chance to say anything. She didn’t come back for more than 10 minutes so I just drank it. After we got our food the server literally never came back to our table. We ran out of drinks even water and waited 20 minutes an no one came by. Our waitress was occasionally dropping food at nearby tables and just straight up ignoring us not even looking in our direction when I tried to wave her over to our table. I understand the dinner rush can be busy on Saturday nights but I watched my waitress just standing by the computer where they put orders in talking to her coworkers for multiple minutes. This happened more than once. After 30 minutes of waiting I eventually had to get up from the table and walk over to her. Certainly not the level of service you expect when spending over $100 a person. Even after I got up it still took her probably 5 minutes to come over to our table instead of just coming by immediately or asking what drinks we want when I went up to her. When she finally did come back to our table I told her just to give me the check and that I wanted to talk to the manager. The manager was incredibly dismissive and just kept saying it was a busy Saturday night. He kept talking over me and didn’t care about the fact that I watched our waitress standing there doing nothing multiple times while we were waiting for service. It’s a real shame the FOH is so subpar. The food was really good and it’s too bad that the service experience was so bad that I won’t ever be returning here again.

Cafe Terigo isn’t a bad experience but it is a bit mediocre for the price.

The food was ok. I had the Cioppino which had a good flavour though really lacked a lot of seafood. It really was mainly salmon. I got 3 mussels, 3 shrimp, and 1 scallop. I also got 2 pieces of bread and no spoon. Cioppino served without a spoon should at least have more bread from the start. And when I ordered more bread it seemed to surprise them.

The service was honestly the most disappointing part. They were very busy so I understand there was added stress, but the overall experience needs some reworking. It’s not even a pacing thing. Most patrons understand food taking a bit longer during busy times. I mainly found the front of the restaurant to be the problem. The hostess was blunt and didn’t feel welcoming. They were frequently anxious and borderline panicked. I understand it’s a bit stressful when people show up late and cancel
While others show up without reservations but the host and hostess is the face of the restaurant. The job of seating and managing reservations isn’t seen by the customers. But demeanour is. Beyond that the stress was visible even in the servers.

The atmosphere was very pleasant. Warm, inviting, and overall quite pleasant. It has a small entrance area that then opens up to a larger space with pleasant and warm lighting. Overall I found it quite pleasant.

Beautiful chic atmosphere with interesting and funny quotes on the walls. The servers are genuinely nice, knowledgeable about their food and the wine.

The lamb chops were the best I had in town. Far better than some other swanky places nearby.

We sat at the best table in the house upstairs near the back overlooking the patio.

I’ll make sure that I go here every time I visit Park city

Another Main Street location worth a visit. Food is good if perhaps a bit pricey for what it is. The lamb is excellent. Artichoke app and bread very good. Bolognese authentic and tasty.

My boyfriend and I decided to try this place on a whim after walking down Main Street on 1/6/2025. I like to keep it brutally honest in my reviews- so I will highlight all the pros and cons. first when we walked in, an extremely young hostess in a hoodie tried to seat us at a small table by the window, I’m extremely pregnant and asked her if we could sit at one of the booths to which she responded she would have to double check even though there were only 2 other tables taken in the whole place. Keep in mind this was all prime dining time (around 7pm).
She then informs us that she can sit us at a booth, so she does. The set up of the restaurant itself is very beautiful, and looks out of a pottery barn catalog. Our waitress takes quite a while to come over, and when she finally does she did not introduce herself, and takes our drink orders. After waiting quite some time she comes back and we put in appetizers to which I got the calamari and my boyfriend got the soup of the day. Both were very good and tasteful, however at this point it seemed our waitress was trying to ignore us and put the apps down and tried to run away before we could put mains in, it seemed she was hyper fixated on a larger group that walked in after us. So I said excuse me before she could runaway, could we please put in our dinner order?? So she almost kind of rolled her eyes and just says, “yeah”. I got the Parmesan crusted chicken with spaghetti and my boyfriend got the chicken Alfredo. His order was amazing and perfectly cooked, mine however the chicken tasted rubbery and either undercooked or overcooked. It was 100% inedible despite looking delicious, we waited for a while for her to come over and check on us which I explained to her I couldn’t eat the chicken so she offered for it to be taken and remade. I agree and also ask her to bag it since my boyfriend was practically done with his food at this point- when it arrives I open the container just to be sure I take bite and can’t necessarily tell yet because of how hot it was. I asked for the check simultaneously, our bill total was $125, no alcohol included. Overall I think the restaurant has potential but the chefs need to perfect their cooking process. Staff itself needs a serious attitude adjustment and more training and normally I don’t complain about things like this but for a place with a $75 steak on the menu the hostess shouldn’t be wearing a hoodie and leggings. soda is also served in a 12 oz can or bottle, and you will be charged $5.00 per can which I believe is highway robbery, obviously there are no free refills. I ended up trying the chicken again when we got back to our hotel and it was the same thing, hard like rubber. Place has potential, but needs a lot of work.

We ate here a few days after Christmas 2024. It was snowing extremely hard and we didn't have a reservation. The woman at the host stand could not have been kinder, calmer or more accommodating. (Long grey hair). My husband and I waited at the bar with a glass of wine while our 3 under 21 YO kids walked around town. The atmosphere was cozy and warm and the service and food were phenomenal. After dealing with the long lift lines tensions on the mountain that day were high; eating at your restaurant restored my faith in kindness and the power of a good meal and a great glass of wine! Many thanks to all of you! Happy 2025!

Delicious meal with friends. The pasta was a highlight, as well as the small but strong Italian wine list.
