The presentation and quality of the food were outstanding. Best meal in Park City, Ed will be back!
Loved the ambience, service was great. I had the shrimp avocado which was delicious. My picky eater enjoyed the chicken nuggets. We shared an order of churros. Everything was excellent.
The food and service are always the best at Chimayo when you're at one of Lilli's tables. Lilli is an expert and so friendly, we were happy to see her again!
We were there on a Saturday during Sundance. They started by holding our reservation when we were stuck in festival traffic. The food and service were top notch. The elk was delicious. This was our first of two dinners at Bill White restaurants (Pine Cone Ridge) and both were great.
A unique dining experience. Expensive but beautifully prepared and presented. Always order the ceviche for an appetizer and churros and chocolate for dessert!
Great food and service! Visiting Park City and it was great way to start our stay. Highly recommend.
I was honestly a little disappointed. The menu was different from what's posted online, which made it hard to decide since I came in already knowing what I wanted. The server wasn't rude, but she didn't seem invested, and that kind of energy really affects the experience. I also ordered a $17 salad and it literally had about three pieces of lettuce on the plate. I had high expectations for this place, so this visit was a letdown.
We had a wonderful dining experience at Chimayo. We started with the trio of soups, which were warm, comforting, and full of layered flavors, a perfect way to begin the meal. The appetizer trio was also excellent, offering a great variety and beautifully balanced tastes. The margarita truly stood out, perfectly crafted, refreshing, and one of the best we've had. For dinner, we ordered the elk and the enchiladas, and both were outstanding. The flavors were rich and well executed, and the presentation was elegant and thoughtfully done. Everything we tried was flavorful, well prepared, and visually beautiful. Chimayo delivers not only delicious food but also a refined and memorable dining experience. Highly recommend.
Literally one of the worst and most expensive meals I've had in awhile. Everything was way too salty. The sides were simply gross. The kids meals were insanely priced (who charges an extra $6 for some fries when the chicken nuggets are already $10). The beef salad was bland, and the ceviche made both my husband and me sick. It was truly a terrible meal.
Good service but food was heavily deep fried and fusion cuisine did not make culinary sense like duck enchiladas

The location, ambiance and staff are all very nice. The food palate and quality needs a refresh. On the upside, the place has great potential. If they updated the menu with better flavor profiles and used higher quality ingredients, even if it cost more, would be great update in my opinion
Our server that looks like Luke Wilson / Sam rockwell was amazing and thrives in hospitality.
Value during park city dine about is much improved and makes it worthwhile to visit. Food and service were great.
It's probably our favorite restaurant in Park City. Yes, it's been there forever and, yes, the menu doesn't change much. But it's consistently good and the chef himself acts as the expediter, checking every dish before it leaves the kitchen. Don't miss the churros stuffed with cream with the chocolate dipping sauce for desert!
Amazing restaurant in Park City. Took my wife here on her birthday and was blown away! The food was incredible, the ambiance perfect, and the service was great. We had a wonderful time and she was so happy we dinned here for her special day. Highly recommend!
