Location had trash overflowing receptacle. I cleaned my own table for our family as it and others were covered in a mess. Person behind counter laughed at the trash piled then went over to another employee to have a Chuckle and point it out. Then sent another employee to deal with it vs handling the problem. Horrible place atmosphere / cleaning / upkeep.

Wheelchair accessibility: Were able to get in with a wheel chair. Parking at location is not the easiest for a ramp van on the side but can work with backing into parking spots.

We generally love, chipotle and it’s our go to whenever we travel. This location has made us question if we ever wanna go back. The employee on the Food line didn’t understand the word ”chicken”, and the portions were so small, our bowls looked like they were made for children. We order the same thing every at every chipotle we go to, so we are very familiar with what the portions look like. When I asked for a little more rice, the employee incredulously looked at me and said with distain that I would have to pay more if I want bigger portions. The general service was awful. They have the same food options as every other chipotle, but don’t expect to get your normal portion, and expect side of attitude from the employees.

As a frequent customer of Chipotle, this was by far the worst experience I’ve had. Staff was disrespectful to my mother & myself. As well as gave the worst portions of food I’ve seen at Chipotle. Love chipotle and the usual quality of the franchise. Very, very disappointed in this experience.

Like, I know it's busy at times, but at least have one person wiping tables, sweeping, and ensuring the place looks nice.

But no, more employees would rather be standing around or looking at their phones, rather than their job.

As for the food, it was very "meh" being tasteless and cold. I've never had this at any other Chipotle location. Would NOT recommend.

Been here twice and have stood at the counter for a few minutes waiting to be acknowledged, while the staff mills around (see picture from today as I stood there, 4/7 staff idle). There was only one (hard working) girl attending customers. Additionally the steak here was of poor quality both times. This Chipotle location is the worst I’ve encountered for food quality and service.

The guy that makes making my bowl had sauce all over his clothes and mouth. Left feeling extremely unpleasant. Gross vibes overall.

My food was very bad the rice was stale, the service was ok, the restaurant was very dirty though.
