Came to collies on Sunday early afternoon and would definitely recommend! The hostess welcomed us warmly with a smile and our waitress was so sweet. We had great service and the food is pretty good. The place was a little loud with all the people in the bar, but we enjoyed the lively energy!

We came for lunch this past Sunday at about noon. The host was holding the front door open, blocking the entrance. There was a lady in front of us telling the host she would like to see a menu, but she ended up leaving when the host didn’t move out of the door. We were next in line, and the host was also not letting us in the door to seat us — I thought maybe they were full or closing. I should have walked away like the other lady. The host eventually sat us and proceeded to yell at the other staff about the tvs. This was a common occurrence during our very brief stay. One of the waitresses even threw her hands up in frustration. We were so uncomfortable and wanted to leave, but unfortunately we had already ordered. It was not busy at all, but our waitress hardly checked on us— a table that sat next to us shortly after we arrived left before ordering because no one paid any attention to them. The people that filled their seats had eaten and left before we were brought the check, even though we finished eating at the same time. The food was okay. The water was nasty. I definitely wouldn’t go back.

My mozzarella and tomato salad was what it is The burger was okay fries were all right the balsamic vinaigrette on the mozzarella tomatoes was probably the best homemade balsamic I've ever had however there was a huge table sitting across from us and they were so loud that I would about get the manager to tell them to pipe it down and we sat down and the table next to us didn't get their food till after us and I was about to ask our waitress what was going on they were taking so long that they came and brought us a bowl of french fries because the weight had been so long.

We took a drive from Salt Lake City to Park City. This is a ski resort in winter. I visited in summer so no snow. The are is beautiful. Collier's is on the bottom end of the old main road. The service was great and our waiter made sure we were looked after. Friendly and efficient. I tried the fish and chips. Good choice.

Awesome spot! We went to O'shucks first and it was horrible, came down here by recommendation of a local and it was the best, wings were amazing, had a pool table right by the bar, and nice patio seating, definitely worth the drive up!

Not sure what was going on today, I didn't get a total from the cashier, and after waiting over a half hour, didn't get my receipt or cash change either when I received my plate, I asked for no onions, got a ton of them, the burger I ordered was charred on the outside and practically raw in the inside. I ended up throwing the whole thing away.
