I love Courchevel, we have been coming here for years and it pains me to say something has changed, to a point I'm not sure we'll go back, and it breaks my heart. The first red flag was a few months ago, sitting at the Chef's table and being completely ignored by our waiter. Like honestly, WTH?! Fast forward to last night and again, not a great experience. The bread was under done and doughy, the service was rushed — you have to order your entire meal now as opposed to enjoying the ambience and ordering as you go — the wait staff hovers and the second you're done, they swoop in and grab your plate, they're late with drinks, three times we asked for refills on wine & beer, to three different people and still, nothing was refilled. The Bouillabaisse was bland, the French press coffee is now a watered down instant coffee and they offered no cream/sugar. We ordered the Coufelias and it was burned and doughy, they never asked if we wanted another dessert or after dinner drinks...the changes they've made, for whatever reason are wrong —they were perfect. Honestly if it's not broke, why fix it??? you screwed up something that needed no fixing. They should've just left well enough alone, because now? There are too many other restaurants that take care of the customer, and don't worry about rushing you through service to turn a table and make a buck. Ahem. I will miss you Courchevel, but you're just not worth it anymore, and it truly hurts my ham heart.

The published corkage fee was $40, because we had a 1 liter for 6 people and they rudely charged more? The service was good, the food was mediocre.

Food was good but not great - Pork entree just ok. Service was fine but not impressive. Sommelier was great. Atmosphere outside was very nice.

Food was excellent- we had white fish, duck, ravioli and fish and chips. Corn bisque was tasty. Creme brûlée was good but pots de creme was a disappointment. Too many rumbled cookies in the dish.

Celebrated our anniversary here. Food was excellent- had the veal and hubby had the chicken. Drinks were fantastic too. We got a free dessert (clafoutis - delicious!) for our special occasion. Our only concern was how loud it was. For a romantic evening it was difficult to converse and focus with the big loud table next to us and the loud music probably trying to cover up the noise. A nice place like this should have more quiet corners. Be aware that restrooms are down a flight of steps.

Food was creative and delicious. Great menu with quality ingredients. Room was a little loud but fine. Really nice wine list as well. Overall a great experience.

The food was outstanding! Brought a friend and her husband for her 70th birthday. Everyone agreed, this is the best restaurant by far in Park city. Service was exceptional! Ask for Noah as your server... Not only does he know the menu extremely well, he is also an expert on wine selection. Could not have been a better experience.

Everything was fried and very oily and disgusting I had to send my drink back twice after being very specific that I upon ordering There were large blowing fans because I guess the air-conditioning was broken Awful awful experience We were forced to order all entrées at once so we could not taste the appetizer to see if we even liked it after watching it in the kitchen, thinking that we did not because we saw all of the grease and oil

From the moment we walked into Courchevel Bistro, the service was nothing short of exceptional. The staff struck the perfect balance of professionalism and warmth—attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable without being overbearing. Our server anticipated needs before we even voiced them, offering thoughtful wine pairings and menu suggestions that truly elevated the experience. The attention to detail extended beyond just the food and drink; small gestures, like a perfectly timed check-in or an extra touch to accommodate a dietary request, made it clear that hospitality is a top priority here. Highly recommended.

I haven't been at Courchevel for over a year and I am so glad I came back! Our friends and I had a great time. The food was outstanding, i ordered the Arctic char carpaccio and the veal, to end the the night the peach beignets were to die for. The sommelier did an awesome job suggesting some wine.

One of my favorite restaurants in Utah. We go at least once a year to celebrate a birthday. Never disappoints.

Courchevel offers a great menu and consistently serves up some of the best food around Park City and SLC, complete with elegant white tablecloths. A perfect dining experience, in every way.

The dining experience was spectacular! I have to give a special shout out to Lautaro, who made us feel so welcome as a walk-in on June 12, 2025, ensuring that we got seated after our flight to park city. Lautaro introduced us to Camila the hostess who was gracious and gave us lovely seats. The food was delicious and service excellent- so much so that I made reservations for 6/14/25 Lautaro was working on 6/14 and we made sure to tell him that without his kindness in seating us, we would not have known what a spectacular restaurant Courchevel is! Camila was so kind and wonderful both nights and seated us at fantastic tables, that highlighted your restaurant's ambience . Cuisine was delicious! Thank you!

Patio seating was lovely for the evening dining experience. This is our go to special place as locals to park city. Marisol, Jeff, John and Mallory absolutely know how to take care of their guest and make us feel welcomed every time. Food and wine selection as always, amazing. Fun summer options such as the fish and chips, great addition!
