This is the best French food I've had since I was last in France. Great seasoning and preparation, in a relaxed cosmopolitan setting. Interesting and delicious drinks menu
Enjoyed sitting at the Chef's counter observing and having a great preview of what I should order. Duck Beignet, Onion soup, and buttery and complex short ribs.
Outstanding atmosphere, service, food and drink! Our favorite restaurant for our last night in PC. Sommelier has wonderful suggestions!
Always a wonderful meal and experience in PC. A class act and unlike other similarly priced restaurants well worth it given the always interesting and excellent menu.
It has been one of our best family dining experiences. The service was highly above expectations - we had to wait for our table to be ready, so the staff was very attentive and offered some appetizers on the house to compensate. The service was friendly and impeccable and the food was amazing: we enjoyed the baked Brie, the mussels, the salads, and the steak & frites. The experience was outstanding. Look forward to coming back
We expected this to be our best meal of the week in park city but it fell short. Unfortunately, the menu had changed from what was posted online, their fall menu had more vegetarian options and was more appealing. The duck confit beignet was very good, more like a croquet. the elk medallion was very good. The bean cassoulet was mediocre at best, and a boring. The service was a mess, very anxious wait staff and assistant was inaudible due to limited English, thick accent and quiet voice. Said would send over the sommelier as we had questions about wine pairings with our dishes, but the never came and a random unnamed glass of red wine showed up at the table. Took 10 minutes to get someone's attention so we could ask what the wine was, unfortunately it wasn't something my husband wanted so he ordered a different wine which took 10 more minutes to show up so his appetizer got cold while he waited. Management came around during that time to check on two nearby large tables and talked with them, briefly glanced at us and kept walking. Apparently if you're just a couple your experience doesn't matter. And finally at the end when it came time for dessert the only one we wanted the menu stated took 25 minutes, and our waitress seemed to be encouraging us away from ordering it, so we declined to have any dessert and asked for the check. All in all, it was a disappointing evening.
We had a simply phenomenal experience. The food was exceptional and the service was absolutely lovely. They accommodated our large party of 10. Even when five people in our party ended up having to leave, they were so gracious about it. I absolutely love this restaurant. Cannot give it enough high praise.
We enjoyed everything about our meal here. Creative dishes well executed. Great service. We sat at the chef's counter and enjoyed watching the action in the kitchen. Cozy atmosphere, perfect for a day after skiing.
The elk medallion was incredible! The vest we have tasted anywhere in Park City. Jeff, the sommelier gave us excellent recommendations and Riley, our waitress was great.
Great service and delicious dishes. The dining room was cozy and welcoming. Wonderful dining experience.

We had an incredible experience here! The food was unbelievable, and the service was exceptional. I highly recommend the elk!
Courchevel Bistro is awesome! The service is attentive and helpful. The ambience is wonderful. The menu is seasonal and the dishes are classic French with fresh twists. Start with piping hot French breach that is soft on the inside and crispy on the outside with a whipped butter. It is like the birthday cake and icing of bread and butter starters. My favourite dish is the steak frites. The potatoes are thinly sliced and formed into a gratin, and then deep fired. Oh my gosh, it is difficult to describe how crispy, and delicious those melt in your mouth potatoes are! The steak is perfectly prepared with a peppercorn sauce that is divine on the side. Other notable dishes are the mussels, the duck and whitefish. You will not be disappointed if you book at this restaurant.
We had a truly exceptional, memorable and magical experience at Courchevel!!! We've been to Park City's finest dining establishments and in many other cities and our experience at Courchevel was a cut above the rest. All the way from our arrival our host was so welcoming. Our table and the decor of the restaurant was so cozy. Our server, Rodrigo, was knowledgeable, jovial and very very memorable and professional. We were walked through the menu in detail with highlights pointed out. We had the best mocktail ever!!! We were torn in deciding what to order so we went with a French onion soup each (must have), duck confit beignets, arctic char boullabaise, chicken potulet rouge and the gateaux de poire!! They put a candle on the cake to celebrate my birthday. All that with a chamomile tea to close the evening. We were blown away and have put this wonderful establishment way up top on our list of favorite restaurants!

Outstanding experience. Food was fantastic ( Artic char crudo, beef bourguignon, dessert), even the bread and butter! Attentive staff. Knowledgeable sommelier. Beautiful intimate ambience.
