Made a reservation on Open Table, checked Google for their hours (only open Friday, Saturday, Sunday) because I saw reviews of them not being open when other people had showed up with reservations . Confirmed that there were indeed open Saturday at 11am, restaurant confirmed my reservation.Drive all the way down there…. Not a soul in sight, doors locked, definitely not open, called the number listed and it just rings and rings. Then the restaurant “cancels” my reservation on Open Table 50 minutes after I was supposed to be there so I can’t leave a review… so I will do that here. Fix your hours online or stop accepting reservations on Open Table. It’s not that hard. Total waist of time because whomever runs this business is lazy. Figure it out
When searching google this morning for brunch joints in park city, Crafted looked promising. When we arrived we were slightly confused as their banner sign was hidden behind a lot of outdoor furniture. We could tell it was dining furniture but without the sign being visible it was hard to tell if we were in the right place, as this restaurant is located on the ground floor of a hotel. We walked through the very narrow entrance with lots of outdoor pots, and arbor and a bench made from cinder blocks, still unsure if we had found the right location. We found the front door and walked in to a very nice restaurant. Very clean and well designed. The menu was a little confusing, but once we figured it out we were excited to order banana pancakes and steel cut oatmeal. There were only two other guests total in the restaurant. So we chose a seat and were promptly greeted by a nice young women to ask our drink order. She answered our menu questions and was so kind. Our food took a little longer than expected, just knowing that the restaurant was empty, but when the food did arrive it was hot and fresh. The food was amazing. My husbands oatmeal did come without honey and cream and only one black berry, unlike the menu stated. But it was still delicious. My pancakes were hot and so tasty. I loved them. The bacon was to die for. Best bacon iv ever had! I think I'm reviewing because the food was so good and we had driven past a similar vibe restaurant in the area and it was PACKED! Like 30 people waiting to get in, so we found Crafted and the customer photos online looked really good. I felt bad the place wasn't busier and I wanted them to know if they cleaned up the initial outdoor presentation a little more I think it would go a long way. And also had more visible signage. As a business owner myself I understand how expensive things can be but I feel it would take minimal cost to simplifying your entrance and making it a little more clear as to where the restaurant itself was. This place has sooo much potential! The food was incredible!
We had a great meal at Crafted! Everything we had was beautiful and delicious. I wouldn't have known that it was gluten-free, necessarily. The only drawback was the time we waited for our server. I think we caught them at an odd time when the staffing was overwhelmed for a little bit.
Expensive resort pricing. $6 for coffee. $9 to $11 for mediocre single egg Benedict a la carte (half a normal serving size). Crab cake Benedict was fishy and old tasting on a weird mealy piece of bread. Bacon and avocado Benedict lacked flavor and served on the same mealy bread. Needed more bacon and seasoning. Kitchen very slow. Lumpy padding on bench seats outside. Won't be going back.
Parking: Easy free parking in site for Sunday brunch at 10:3o in off season
My husband and I are both gluten free, and we were vacationing in Park Cities, looking for some local and delicious gluten free food. This place was a wonderful treat, so many gf options! He ordered the gf Belgian waffle with cherries on top, it was so good!!! Reminded me of cherry cobbler. I had a gf biscuit with a poached egg, bacon, avocado and tomato, also very delicious!! My husband also enjoyed an order of deviled eggs. The restaurant was cozy inside with a fireplace, they left the door open on to the charming patio. We ended up staying and chatting with the chef and the owner and enjoyed getting to know them. They invited us to dine at their sister location, 501, the next day. And that did not disappoint either! Great lunch and continued our conversation with the owner, who is a delight! Thank y’all, we hope to be back!
I don't like doing this, but the experience was terrible. It took 30 minutes to place an order and there were 2 tables occupied. The food was cold. The manager in the back was just laughing that customers were upset. The concept and menu are good. The manager needs to be replaced.
My wife and I had the best brunch here! She had the Lox of Love and I had the Brunchwich. Both were amazing. The patio was a great place to sit and the service was perfect. I went back the next day for the doughnut holes and they were delicious. This is our new favorite spot for breakfast/brunch/lunch. We will be back!
My husband and our family have been here a couple of times now and really love it! Everything we have tried has been really good. Our favorites are the Lox of Love and the Anaya’s Breakfast Sandwich (with egg). The breakfast potatoes are also some of the best I’ve had - not too crispy yet not too soft/soggy. They are soft inside and perfectly crisped on the outside. The Banana Pancakes are also to die for! Seriously amazing (photo is of the lox of love)
The food quality, in general, was very good. Unfortunately, there were far too many menu items that were ham based. We would like to see a wider variety of choices. The pancakes were interesting and good. I would have preferred them to be banana infused versus a few banana slices spread on top. The texture of the pancake was unique and good. The service was nice and polite, but also not very attentive and a bit forgetful. Hopefully, the restaurant will make adjustments and become a favorite. For now, it is not a go to spot for us.
Their attention to detail was amazing and having gluten free options are a nice bonus. I highly recommend the New England Benedict.

My new favorite restaurant! Amazing food and amazing service, can’t wait to come back! what a hidden gem!
We love this place! The owners are so sweet and the food is delicious. I like to order everything on the menu!
Delicious! Great food, great service, great ambiance! Can’t wait to dine here again!
Had such a great experience here! I’m visiting from Chicago and was so glad I found this cute little spot. The food was plated so well and the flavor was unreal! I’ve never had better breakfast potatoes - Incredible seasoning and crisped to perfection! Ordered the deviled eggs flight as well as the savory biscuit board to start. Delish! Highly recommend stopping by and sitting on the cute little patio.
It is so nice to have a variety of gluten-free options. That is very rare at most restaurants. I had the waffles and they were amazing.
