I ordered 6 fish tacos and 2 veggie burritos. 3 out of 6 fish tacos were crusty and old, hard and none of them had the lumen that really completes this taco. The vegie burritos were soft, soggy and barely held together by the paper wrapper. I called the store as we were already on the freeway when the kids advised me of the situation. The lady that answered the phone said the manager would be calling me back... No call, no lime and definitely not happy qmwith this del taco! Over $30 for 3 edible tacos with no lime! The fact that the manager didn't care to call back, or train his people to follow del tacos recipe tells me they don't care! We found a trash can for this food and stopped at another restaurant. Not del taco standards! Not happy!

I can't drive so I only order this Doordash and they're one of the only late night restaurants. They consistently mess up my order. Every single time. How are you going to forget the burger when the picture of the box has a burger in it?? A bottle of water? How hard is it to just throw it in the bag? They always forget something but have no problem charging me for it.
