My recent encounter with Domino's left much to be desired. I had ordered a simple vegetarian pizza, explicitly emphasizing no onions, but what I received was a pizza laden with extra onions, completely diverging from my preferences. The disappointment deepened when I discovered an additional charge on my receipt, seemingly an unjust penalty for the restaurant's error. This experience made me question the reliability of Domino's in maintaining order accuracy and fairness in their pricing.Beyond the flawed order and questionable charges, the lack of resolution or acknowledgment of their mistake left me dissatisfied with Domino's customer service. A restaurant's true measure is often revealed in how they handle errors, and in this case, Domino's fell short. The combination of a botched order and an unwarranted extra charge significantly marred what should have been a simple and enjoyable meal. I'll think twice before considering Domino's for my future pizza cravings.

Order delivered not to my address. Had call the store 3 times and finally asked them to cancel after 3 hours. Driver left the pizza somewhere, wrong address and did t knock on door like they were supposed to. Working on getting store to refund. After 3 hours they told me they could remake if I gave them another 1.5 hours. Guess I got unlucky with bad driver and bad management.

Excellent service on a holiday with bowl games abound. We received our order very quickly and still hot despite the busy dinner time. Order was correct and we ordered a garden salad for the first time and it was a nice option. Well done Park City Dominos!

Okay, mess up, my order driver had to go back and get it no big deal I'm a pretty patient person However, when I finally get it and I'm sitting down and to eat it. I bite into a long hair hair i called them. And the guy acted like it was no big deal.saided I will let the manger and then hung up Then I look at the receipt supposed to 699 per item so I ordered a salad and a pizza took off a couple of ingredients and added2 was charged. 7.48 a salad and 15.99 for the pizza hat happen to 6.99I know I would be Charged extra because the ingredients I don't get it feel like I've been ripped off. Don't know if I order from from you again

This was literally the worst pizza I've ever had. How do you mess up pizza? I asked for extra cheese and my pizza obviously did not have extra cheese. I had two large, three topping pizzas and one happened to be pepperoni and mushroom, there were literally four mushrooms on the whole pizza. I asked for extra cheese and well done. There was no extra cheese, and the pizza was cold when I got it. The two pizzas cost $50 and I am extremely dissatisfied. I have had frozen pizzas from the grocery store. That tasted better. I am visiting from out of town, and I feel like when they found out I was staying at one of the resorts they knew or try to take advantage of me because I'm not local and not able to go back and complain. If you are on vacation, do not order pizza from this Domino's.

Second time from this location when they didn’t put sauce on our pizza. Basically just a giant cheesy bread. Customer service was not great when I called to let them know. Also put the wrong sauce with our boneless chicken.
Love the "Hand Tossed" with extra red sauce. Pizza was right on time. Ordered online, hot and ready.

I usually like Domino's no matter the location. Tonight I ordered a Meat Lover's pizza, large with extra cheese. I was SO Disappointed. Fully, one third of this pizza will never be eaten. This pizza is one third CRUST. MORE CRUST EQUALS LESS TOPPINGS. This CRUST is attached to the other part that had toppings on it, but it's NOT pizza. If I wanted bread sticks I would've bought some. I will call it progressingly poor pizza progress. This seems to be the "New Norm" for all Domino's everywhere. You'll be out of business soon, if you continue to be so skimpy and selfish with the toppings. Mom and Pop shops at every location are going to drive you out of town. ...and it will have been your own doing. Come'on Domino's, you've made the money, now get back to making pizzas!

Driver was extremely rude. Pestered my wife multiple times after the food was delivered asking where his tip was and why he didn't receive his tip yet. Driver was impatient and borderline harassing. Obviously someone missed training, or getting fired.

Not worth the time or money. Spent 2 hours trying to get my order. The delivery driver left it at the doorstep and didn't bother to knock or ring the doorbell! When I called after waiting over an hour (the original wait time was supposed to be 25 to 30 minutes) the "manager" told me his driver had delivered my pizza already. When I opened the door, the box was smashed in and the pizza was ice cold! Terrible service all around and definitely expecting a refund. Will not be ordering from this place ever again.

The service was awful and the delivery drivers car was parked on the fire lane and it was blocking the exit and he was disrespectful. I'll never come back.
