I adore this spot! They give delicious dishes, their menu is varied, The chief cook in that place is an expert, I enjoy very much tasting all their food. The dishes are always of high class, the service towards the clients is agreeable. I go often to this restaurant and I was never unsatisfied. I highly recommend it.

Everyone who works at Park City Rental Properties bends over backwards to make sure you have a great stay. They understoon what type of property we were looking for and found the perfect place for us. They answered every question we had before our arrival and took care of every detail during our stay, with a smile on their faces. I highly recommend them!

First, Park City Rentals were AMAZING to work with! So helpful in identifying the perfect few properties, then helping work through EVERY DETAIL of our stay. THANK YOU!. The house was fantastic (great location, super cutely decorated, plenty of amenities, etc). Very comfortable for our family, but could EASILY handle 2 families comfortably. And....the beds were great. So often you stay at a rental property and the beds are terrible. When skiing all day, a comfortable place to sleep is #1! Thank you for a great stay! We'll be back!

Talk about GREAT SERVICE!!!!!! We LOVED our home we rented. It is hard to find a proper home for 4 couples since most rental properties like to put bunk beds wherever possible. The service is top notch I can't say enough about them. We will absolutely be back. Our condo was priced amazingly and they were accommodating in storing our baggage and delivering it due to our early arrival. I will recommend to all friends and family! Our condo (Park Meadows retreat) met all of our needs. It was perfectly clean and had everything we needed. Appreciated the extra towels for the jacuzzi which was nice and hot and ready for us upon arrival.

Very dishonest real estate company. Rented 1110 Empire Ave over holidays. Multiple items broken including heat, hot water, WiFi. House was dirty and furniture stained. After trying to deal with park city for 2 days I told them I wanted to move. They agreed to reimburse me verbally, twice, and then said they wouldn't reimburse me after I paid for new accommodations. Will be disputing original reservations. I would recommend vrbo or home away. Don't use this broker. Hi I'm responding to Jodi C's response: 1) I don't know who Jodi C is, this is the first time I've heard from her 2) I emailed Park City rentals informing them that I vacated the property on day 3. I did not request compensation for time we were in the house 3) I did not 'hang up' on their employees. I called them 17 times in 2 days because I had to, in order to work on all of their issues 4) I am fine with Park City 'notifying' other managers - I am now staying in a wonderful property with a great management company. I hope my comments help others.

We stayed at 545 Main St. Park City in an amazingly beautiful 5 bedroom penthouse for the Thanksgiving weekend. The location is in the heart of Park City's entertainment area. Night Clubs, shopping, restaurants , 5 minutes from skiing and so much fun. Rich Ford and the entire Park City Rental Group were so attentive to our needs and catered to us at every turn, even throwing in unexpected extras. We will use them again and highly recommend them. What a memorable treat.

I've owned a ski home in Deer Valley for years and recently switched my manager and rental agency to Park City Rental Properties. Over the past two years we have been working together I have been nothing short of impressed by their operation and attention to detail. The amount of time and quality of service they give me and my renters is the best in Park City! They meticulously care for my unit and have more consistently rented in both frequency and rates higher than the manager I used previously. I have worked with one other, more renowned management company in Park City but have found that Park City Rental Properties has work so much better for me. Thanks to Jim and his team!! Park City Rentals needs a slap in the head or perhaps a schooling on customer service. We rented a beautiful home in Park City for 2 weeks in August. They insisted on 100% up front which was around $7,000 which really made me uncomfortable, having never used them. They promised to email me check in instructions but, despite my hounding them for it, they never sent any info. I stood in front of the house unable to get in calling them for the garage code, which they did not know and had to call me back. Once inside we looked for promised keys and garage door openers but there were none. On day 2 the door locked behind us, leaving us stuck outside. PCR was not answering their phone, we took a 20 foot ladder and climbed to the second level, scaled a railing, and got in thru a screen door. After 5 days I was finally told where a key was hidden. They never gave us a garage door opener. There were no instructions on garbage day or any protocol. The promised BBQ grill was missing, which was one of our top requests. I finally wrote the owner an email and got an apology, but no real assistance. The house itself was great, but with no customer service from Park City Rentals I would not recommend any one use them. Most PC properties are listed by more than one company. Choose a competitor.
