The ambiance is lovely, service outstanding, but honestly $50 for a corkage fee is an insult to any and all patrons. The idea of the dining stations is fun, but not one item of food was interesting or memorable. I have been coming to this restaurant for many years as a local. We would recommend to friends staying in the area, but unless KSL decides to add quality instead of quantity, we will not be joining you again, nor will we encourage our out of town friends to make a reservation. What a shame KSl to "nickel and dime" what was once a wonderful venue and delightful food experience.

I am honestly shocked at all the positive reviews. I added on the sleigh ride before dinner @ $25 extra per person and it was a joke. They went around in a circle 3 times and it was less than 20 min. Not worth it. Dinner was basically a buffet next a hot fire. Food was super basic and not good. $200 per person was laughable. This place was not good.

That raclette melted cheese served with traditional potatoes, cornichons, grainy French mustard, fresh bread, and more is outstanding. What a way to bring the Alps to Utah! Dinner is served at four differently themed stations and everything was delicious. We just can't stop talking about the raclette cheese station and what a great meal this was. Thank you!

Finally came back to eat here with my family after 5 years and it did not disappoint. Such a great ambiance and delicious food and service! You're paying for the experience and it's definitely a cool experience if you've never done it before! Order of my meal 1. Cheese plate + charcuterie meats 2. Salad & soups & stews & salmon 3. More cheese 4. Lamb & beef tenderloin 5. More cheese 6. DESSERT Left FULL. All of it was amazing and so good. So excited that we came back here and definitely coming back again.

Not worth the price! It's a fun experience and my kids enjoyed it but the food is not great. You could have a better meal at pretty much any upscale Park City restaurant. First course: raclette was ok, it was cold and hard by the time I was back at the table Second course: soups and stews were good, salads as well. Nothing was amazing Third course: meat was fatty but tasted good Fourth course: dessert was not great. Chocolate was watery. All in all, underwhelming experience

This is pricey, but a must for every winter trip in Park City / Deer Valley. It's a fun experience and the food is perfect for cold weather!

Omg what a great night of post ski dining! Best ever we went there and had the greatest time we ever had eating after skiing. Dinner was phenomenal.

We have eaten here before and it was good. We went last night and it was not good. The meats, such as the lamb, veal and short rib were chewy and we couldn't cut through the lamb. The flavor was bland. The only good thing was the cheese. At it was $600 for 4 people. Deer valleys food has really gone downhill. It was very disappointing and we will never go back.

Where can I start; Most likely my family's worst meal ever. Although the name is fireside and the food is served fireside all the food was cold. Overcooked salmon, burned rosti, complete lack of seasoning on all the proteins, the veal mushroom stew had no meat in it, the prosciutto was the worst I ever had, very lean and tough. The dessert station was a joke unripe strawberries, pineapple that it looked that was cut by a child. $500 worth of nothing.

Food was lukewarm, served on cold plates. The potato rosti was burnt on the outside and barely cooked on the inside, lukewarm, and seasoned with herbs that should not have been added to this dish. The bresaola was good, but the raclette cheese was served lackluster, ready-made on a small plate. The veal stew lacked flavor. The melted chocolate used for dipping fruit contained too much oil. The fruit was fresh and good quality. Nice staff and service was good. Overall, this restaurant is overrated and not worth the money.

This is our first visit since winter 2020 (COVID era) in which they had to serve the food family style. Not only is it great to be back to buffet-style; the food was superb, and the service excellent. We will put it back on our annual splurge dinner with friends!

Our second visit to Fireside Dining. Have to say the food this time wasn't spectacular. Thought a number of items were over-salted, salads were over dressed and some of the dessert offerings were very hard (cookies, brownies). Love the ambiance and the concept, though.
