Had a Calima and Gelato.
Both were outstanding. Service was very quick and friendly. The waitress helped us understand what we were ordering and politely suggested how we eat it.

Delicious, delicious food! We had the enchanted platter, which was an excellent sampling of the food, and an arepa and the Encanto burger. All of these had amazing flavor. Highly recommend.

Avoid the pretentiousness of Park City Main Street and drive 1/2 mile down the road to Encanto. The food here is amazing and the service is warm and welcoming. Looking at the menu made us want one of everything, so we settled on the shared sampler platter that was more than enough food for our party. The flavors were outstanding. Don’t be afraid that it’s in a strip mall. The best, most authentic places usually are.

The chicken patacones were one of the best dishes I have ever eaten. Truly a perfect bite. The empanadas were also delicious. I can’t wait to try other menu items.

Columbian specialties at good prices however many of the items are deep fried and don't seem very healthy. Could use more veggies and fruit offerings.

That encanto plate was everything I expected and more. It really seems like it won't be enough for two people, but we were full and happy by the end. Loved the papitas and the blood sausage, and the cooking off all proteins was on point. The tostones were also crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. Our server was very kind and broguht us everything we needed to enjoy our experience. And that art wall?? Stunning.

I really love trying empanadas from different countries but have never had the Colombian ones until now. I really love the outside pastry made from corn flour - super crunchy but almost a mashed potato interior. The meat filling was perfectly seasoned. Even a picky eater would enjoy it. So different and still definitely one of the best empanadas I’ve eaten. We also got the sampler. It has a little bit of everything and we enjoyed everything. The server (from Bolivia) was super sweet. We talked about some of the differences between Colombian and Bolivian foods. We followed her recommendations and were not disappointed.
