Another fantastic dinner at Fireside Dining! Charles and the rest of the staff took excellent care of us. We look forward to visiting 2-3 times per winter season. It's our favorite restaurant in Park City!
In my opinion, this place should be a Wine/cheese/charcuterie/pastries/dessert kind of place. Great ambience and Service. Rest of the food: Ok..
We truly enjoyed our Fireside Dining experience. The highlights were the Raclette and the Chocolate Fondue! There is certainly too much food so take your time and don't have too much of anything to start so you have room to try the different items. Service was great, server was friendly and people were constantly walking buy to clean up used plates and flatware so our table was never cluttered. We highly recommend this experience for anyone visiting Deer Valley/Park City Utah.
Outstanding service! Fabulous experience overall. Our waiter was kind and knowledgeable. The fondue was delicious and the accoutrements were also tasty. The beef rillette and strawberry compote were standouts at the fondue station.
First, service is great and food is very good. However I do not feel this is fine dining anymore. This year the tables were so close together that it was difficult to get to our seats or even pull back our chairs. The noise level was so high it was difficult to carry on a conversation. It used to be some tables were pulled from the lunch service but now it the same setup. This makes for an unsatisfying experience. We have been going here for 11 plus years and this was the first time I criticized anything. Go back to the fine dining experience you forgot.
Such a unique restaurant experience with a beautiful setting and ambience. The food was wonderfully delicious and the staff were amazing.
We have dined at Fireside many times. The food quality is outstanding and we love the rustic atmosphere with the roaring fires. Our waiter Jon Good was very knowledgeable and made us feel welcome and appreciated.
Amazing experience, great food and awesome service. Would definitely recommend and come back!
It was pretty empty. The gal slicing the meat did it in paper thin slices and the family all took note!

Amazing, love this place. Elegant buffet with everything cooked in front of a fire.

This place is extremely cute and cozy. Server was very extremely knowledgeable and provided a great experience . The quality of the meat was below par for $110 per cover.Besides that the cheese and dessert is the highlight

Very expensive. $25 two breads, a potato and a few other things
Amazing food and location! Definitely a nice experience and atmosphere. The first three courses are amazing (cheese plate, soups & salads, main course of lamb and prime rib + sides, dessert). The dessert wasn't anything special but the other three courses were definitely worth the cost. "All you can eat" definitely applies as I managed to eat an entire prime rib, so make sure to eat your money's worth!
