The food here was probably one of the better meals I had in Park City although the ambiance wasn't the best. It feels like you are eating in a strip mall that is poorly ventilated. There was a lot of food smoke inside, the kind that sticks to your clothes and hair which makes me unhappy. The servers are nice and otherwise it was a good meal.

Sat at the Nickle bar on a recent ski trip to Park City with a friend. The ambiance is quite nice. The food was good but I’m not sure if the bad service influenced my palate. The hostess was awesome and friendly. It was the bar tender that just made for a bad experience. Unfriendly, dismissive, unhappy are the adjectives I would use. Plus, she served us completely watered down martinis. I ordered a gin martini with Botanist and my friend ordered a Grey Goose vodka martini. They both tasted identical - like ice water. There was not a trace of gin flavor in mine. Worst martini ever and served without a hint of a smile. I recommend going to Hearth & Hill in Kimball Junction. Far better food, cocktails and service. Disappointed given all the great reviews.

Very popular place among locals and frequent visitors of Park City and for a good reason. If you want to experience a high-end restaurant experience even when you are on your skiing trip, this is the place for that. The atmosphere, the service, and the food all it are top-notch!I had very well-balanced and useful suggestions from our server, which definitely helped me to enjoy this place. Everything was very delicious, but in my opinion, you should definitely try their version of onion soup. They use oxtail and brie cheese. The venson was very good and don't forget to oder the bread it is delivered too.Prior reservation is recommended.

From beginning to end, one of the best meals I've ever eaten. The elk was especially flavorful and cooked perfectly. Not gamey at all, it was seared med rare with perfect color. Our server Izabela was perfect at recommeding personalized drinks as well as incredible food items for me and my dining companion and always seemed to know when we needed something. Could not recommend more highly.

Maybe the best dining experience we've ever had. Incredible food, impeccable service and great atmosphere.

Outstanding! Visiting from Scottsdale and both the service and food were phenomenal. Tried pork belly (SO good), little gem salad and elk (wow!) along with two desserts. Would absolutely make another reservation here. The fact that all dishes are kissed by fire makes this the perfect dinner after a chilly snow day.

This is a fine dining experience, and rest assured you're going to pay for what you get. The food was delicious, the service was outstanding, and the atmosphere was perfect for intimate conversation. It's really easy to spend $100 to $150 per person at this restaurant, But every now and again you get what you pay for, and this restaurant is one of those times.

Best dinner in park city. Expect to make a dent in your wallet, but well worth it. We ordered the little gem, pork belly, roasted heirloom carrots, the bavette, the pork shank, and a nice bottle of wine. 10/10 and the service was amazing. Our server was very great at explaining the menu. He went through almost every item very quickly. We will definitely be back here for dinner when we return to park city for our next ski trip!
