We came here for our anniversary and noted it on the reservation, but it was never acknowledged. A small gesture would have made a big difference. I tried to contact the manager afterward and never got a response. Food and service were good overall, though the bluefin tuna special was so tough it was hard to enjoy. In the end, the missed recognition left the night feeling less special than it should have.

Everything fell into place beginning with having a parking place right next to the restaurant, to being at the door at 5 pm when they opened, to being seated in the shade on the patio. Service was immediate, beverages were refilled or replaced frequently as needed. The food was delicious and unique. We found this place because of a donation they made to a charity raffle. After cashing it in we feel like we won twice, we will return.

I recently visited this restaurant and left deeply disappointed. Although the place was nearly full, only one young man was clearing all the dirty dishes. I asked where he was from, and he told me he’s a J1 student here on a cultural exchange program. What I saw was not a cultural exchange — it was exploitation. He was clearly overwhelmed, and help from other staff was inconsistent at best. To management: You see this, and you choose to ignore it. You’re relying on the fact that he won’t complain. That’s not leadership. If his sponsor knew what was happening, they’d likely reconsider this placement. He deserves more than a paycheck — he deserves respect and support.

Had a 6:15 p.m. dinner reservation, arrived early to have a drink at the bar. “You can’t sit here if you don’t order food”. Wow! In an effort to not blow-up, I reluctantly ordered biscuits. Thanks Bart for screwing up my wife’s birthday dinner! Bart, you needs attitude adjustment and a reminder you are in the hospitality Industry.

Easily some of the best food I've ever had. I would eat anything Chef Scott/his team prepares, no questions asked. Everything my party ordered was phenomenal and left me wanting to try some of everything Fletchers has to offer. Our server Mary is undeniably one of, if not THE best server we've had with the attention and hospitality she was able to give us all while attending to her other tables on a busy night.
Mary is efficient and understands what hospitality is all about. Thank you Chef Scott for an amazing experience.

We had an amazing time at Fletchers. They have some dishes that were spot on like the pork belly and tuna tower. However I was disappointed in the value and quality of the steak. I would either drop your prices or increase the oz for the price cause the value/quality is not there.

We had an amazing experience at Fletcher’s! Our server (shoutout Josh) was great and the overall service was awesome. The food & drinks were delicious with good portion sizes. We split the short rib (yum), brussel sprouts, and fries. The Japanese old fashion was smooth and the no-jito mocktail was refreshing. We finished it off with the warm butter cake. We would absolutely go again and recommend to others!
