My $30+ lobster roll was cold and slathered in mayo. Again. I use to come here all the time. I was in the neighborhood today and excited to get my favorite sandwich from a few years back. How disappointing!! I couldn't eat it. Just like when I was here in early summer.
Same sandwich same cashier/cook.
The cashier was rude and acted like I put him out for coming in making him work. I didn't say anything about my terrible sandwich because I didn't want to deal with his attitude.
Again totally disappointed for the second time and will never be back.

The lobster rolls were not how we remember them from the SLC location. The lobster was cold and chewy. I swallowed some pieces whole. The service wasn’t bad but also not super friendly. Almost like we were imposing on them and not buying a seriously overprices sandwich. I would skip it, there are a million better places you can go for that amount of money ($36 per 5 oz lobster roll).

This place was such an incredible disappointment and I’m honestly shocked to see how many good reviews there are. I’m not one to leave reviews often but I just keep thinking about how bad this was. I had loved the lobster rolls at the farmers market in the past and was so excited to give the new restaurant a try. We spend $100 for two lobster rolls and two soups. The soup was absolutely awful, there were chunks in it that I assumed was lobster but were in fact all balls of raw flour. The staff was rude and not helpful. The lobster rolls were ok. One was a custom order that they messed up and instead of re making it, they re heated the lobster and put it on a new piece of bread- by the time it got to us it tasted like microwaved rubber. The other was sitting in a pool of butter, the lobster wasn’t dressed and there was a significant amount of mayo all over the bun. Save your money and go anywhere else.

The lobster rolls were phenomenal as always. The service left a lot to be desired. The girls working seemed highly inconvenienced by us being there )and them having to do their job.

Lobster in Utah? You would think pass. You would be wrong! The lobster rolls and chowdah are always amazing and a constant for us in Park City. You won’t be disappointed.

It was good but not much place to sit and rather expensive.

Lobster roll 8/10, chicken sandwich 9/10, corn side 9/10, chips are out of a bag 3/10. Lobster roll was 36.00(ouch) but good. Atmosphere not great, indoor seating is cramped and it was unbearably hot. We sat across the parking lot at 1 of 3 tables, which was better but still a parking lot.
It was good, but maybe not worth it with so many options.
Probably won’t be back.
