We always enjoy Ganesh when we’re in town! They are consistently high quality in both food and service. My wife particularly enjoyed her Chana Saag this time around. I had lamb tikka masala. It was delightfully creamy, with tender lamb cubes, and appropriately spicy for my level of preference. We have tried other Indian establishments in the area and they honestly don’t compare.

Unfortunately, least favorite meal in my week in park city. Not sure what the expectation for Indian food is in the salt lake city/park city area is, but not really good. The best thing was the naan. It was very thin, but super garlicy which I liked. Got chicken korma and saag paneer. The chicken was dry, korma was kinda watery and not that flavorful. It was edible though. The saag paneer was not good at all. Super watery, absolutely zero flavor. Its one of my favorite Indian dishes and this was not it. We barely touched it. Ended up leaving with naan eaten, half the chicken korma done, and none of the saag paneer touched.

Shiwa is the man! If there was a school for customer service he was the founder. If there was a club for 5-star food he is the leader and the follower at the same time. The flavors that melted in my mouth honestly had me questioning whether my tastebuds were enhanced for the night. The spices and oils used into constructing such delicacies are a reason to visit themselves. I encourage you to take a trip down to Ganesh and experience the cuisine for yourself. Simply extraordinary 😌

Shiwa is the man. Most humble service I’ve seen in this town since I’ve moved here. I could tell he was very experienced and knew exactly how to handle every situation.(what a goat) If there was a school for customer service, he would be the head master. Just pure beauty of a store and we will definitely becoming back.
