The most unwelcoming place I’ve ever seen in Utah. In the middle of the day when you’re coming no one is welcoming you: there is no host or waiter. Then you have to order via the online menu and only then the restaurant will receive your order. Then you have to pay online. Then the waiter will bring you your food, but not the water. No one will come to you and ask, how is your meal. No drinks were offered and there was no one to say goodbye. But the food was good .

The food here was very sub par, the eggs were a grey color that was off putting. I had the pork buns and was displeased to find that the buns were dry and flavorless. We were told to get ourselves over priced drinks out of the cooler, while the waiter sat and watched something on his iPad. I found this whole experience to be rather disappointing.

Let us place an order online during their posted hours.
We get there and they're closed and we can't cancel the order or contact anyone at the business.
They took our money though.

Spicy tonkatsu ramen? Personally I’ve eat ramen from Taiwan to California! Where is the bamboo, Ajtama egg, broth flavor? They actually just broke a raw egg in the noodles so it would cook.
The pork had no flavor and a strange texture. We had lots of noodles though. I mean if you’re looking for quantity vs quality this is the spot. This is Utah ramen not fukuoka ramen! The advertisement is very misleading! The guydon is horrible too! If you have ever ate at yosinoya beef bowl then you know what I mean. They definitely are mindful of their carbon footprints! They used beef tips from the local market. It had no flavor. It was barely edible.
The pricing is outrageous and requires mandatory service fee of 20%. They never disclosed there was a mandatory service fee!
The gentleman waiting on us had the worst attitude, beware!

I don't like to write bad reviews of local restaurants trying to make it, BUT.....this place USED to be excellent, and I went there today and their prices had gone WAY up and the quality had gone down. Didn't really enjoy my ramen and paid at least 50% more for it. The price of my mom's dish almost doubled, and she didn't care for it. Super bummed because I liked this place

Decent food. For the price, I definitely expected more. Service could have been better. We were the only two people in the restaurant, and only saw the hostess/waitress twice. Overall good, but definitely things to improve upon.

Ramen wasn't (temperature) hot enough, but it was tasty. I wish I had ordered the spicy because the regular was a little bland for my taste.
The service was laughably terrible. The waitress (there was one total on staff for everything) had no clue what was and wasn't in stock. She told us there was no beer or sake and then served it to other patrons right in front of us. We asked politely for napkins and she said yes then brought the table next to us napkins 15min later. Tables weren't bussed and everyone entering the restaurant had to wait for a bus to sit down, she did not even clean. No one helped her at all and she was clearly uneducated about alcohol service.
Tip was a mandatory buttons only with no custom option. 20, 25, 30%... she didn't really even deserve 15% I'm sorry. Highly dislike tipping practices like this.
My recommendation? Get the spicy Ramen, and get take out because the restaurant experience is not good.

The food wasn't good, the food was lukewarm, did not taste good, and expensive for what you get. The service was terrible, we were asked to get our own water with what appears to be dirty dusty cups.

Also so nice and the ramen is one of the top two places in all of Utah!
Parking: 26 spots with Taco Bell in the same lot
Kid-friendliness: We bring our infant now toddler daughter her ever couple of months. They never bat a eye at her there and give her smiles and waves.
Wheelchair accessibility: Open area to sit in entire place

Didn’t have time to take a photo before I ate it all. Pork gyoza was delicious and so was the #1 with ramen egg!
