beautiful setting. definitely worth a tour and a tasting. we had the “ambassadors choice” tasting and could not recommend it more. we had Cole as a guide and he’s one of the best distillery tour guides we’ve ever had - i would suggest requesting him

Staff is unattentive... Ordered a beer and date got a mix drink. The mix drink came out after 10 mins and my beer not for another 5-10 mins. A few comments made by the staff also were out of place. As a result of the poor service, we decided to have dinner elsewhere.

I have been a fan since day one, but to come back 15 years later and the food, drink and service continue to be top tier.
Although no one else was on the patio, they quickly lit up a fire pit in a few lamps so my wife and I could sit outside with our dog, rather than turning us away as some other restaurants had in this early patio season.
Really made a great end to our day.

It’s crazy that’s this place is slowly going downhill. I used to love coming here. The last two times more than 2 hours waiting, sat at the bar and 6 employees behind the bar and nobody cared for 10 minutes to greet us or say anything. I’ll spend my money somewhere else.

Arrived at 4:10pm and was told that since the upstairs was closed that day that they were only seating in the bar area and that there was a 45 minute wait so we put our names on the list. I don't mind waiting and was thankful for the clear communication. I then received a text alert 45 minutes later that our table was ready. We went over and waited on line for them to check out ID's and then went inside to check in. We were then escorted past the bar and upstairs to what is essentially a private dining room that was empty. I asked if we could be seated in the bar because we had waited 45 minutes and was told no. That they had just opened the upstairs and that the upstairs was the only place we could sit. We sat there in the empty room for almost 45 minutes until another table was sat. I found this to be a very poor form of hospitality bordering on rude. While the food here is good, the attitude is obnoxious. With the Sundance Film Festival leaving PC it will be interesting to see how much longer this establishment can continue to treat their guests with such disdain.

If you don't get here at the right time you have to just stand on the bare looking patio, not a cool place to hang while waiting for availability to get inside

The place was packed to the gills and after our meal, I understood why! The drinks were great and I loved the High West gin. We sat at the bar and the service was great. Drinks and food were in front of us shortly after ordering. The burger and tacos were too notch. Great vibe all around!

A top-notch establishment. They often have quite a wait so make sure you get there early to put your name on the list, feel free to hang outside and have a delicious old-fashioned while you wait. The menu is super simple, but they do everything extremely well. The schnitzel was perfectly light yet crispy and salty! It paired incredibly well with the al Dante Spoetzl. Will definitely be back on my next visit.

Overrated. Food was mediocre at best and we were seated in an upstairs room with 0 atmosphere.

A pretty sold out experience. Waited outside and bar is serving premixed bottled drinks in plastic cups, dinner was meh, service similar. Vibes are average at best. I’d pass on this “flagship” or you’ll walk away disappointed.
