When you arrive at the distillery you are greeted at the bottom gate. They have a very nice waiting area for the shuttle that will take you up to the distillery. The tour with Dan, was amazing! So knowledgeable about their process. A great story. I learned so much about the history of Utah.
At the end of the tour your are in the tasting room with several different whiskeys. I loved the entire day spending it on the amazing property. Beautiful views of the valley.

We were visiting from the east coast during one of the peak fall weekends and we stopped by at 9:05 pm on a Saturday night and they said they were closed despite the hours saying 10 pm. Definitely a bummer as this was one of the top things we were hoping to do on our trip.

Incredible cocktails as always and great food to go with it. I’d recommend any of the cocktails using their whiskey in the strong and stirred section of the menu. More bars need to lay out their cocktail menus like that. Well worth the wait to get in, and paid a visit to the gift shop afterwards to get some rocks glasses and a hat.

Had an incredible meal at High West Distillery Restaurant! The charcuterie board was out of this world – packed with rich flavors that hit the spot. The shishito peppers and fried rice appetizers were the perfect balance of spicy and savory. As for the burger and fries? Let’s just say they were downright fantastic. But the real star was the chili – seriously, one of the best I’ve ever had. Whether you're a whiskey fan or just in it for the food, you can't go wrong here.
