The food is decent the reason for the two stars is the absolute insanity of the price of 1.5oz of their own bourbon! 39 dollars for 1.5oz! You travel to thr flagship location from across the country and they are charging secondary for their own product! They need to consider the fact they want people to buy 175 dollar bottles of their hooch, sell the samples at cost!

We aren’t ones to leave reviews, but it is noteworthy to take the time to truly leave a review for the service we received. I know it may seem odd, but trust me…when you get exceptional service like this…it’s hard to describe and it makes all the world of a difference. She was attentive, knowledgeable, caring and passionate about what she does.

Got lied to by Forrest about their ID policy. You can get into bars, distilleries, etc with a paper ID. I looked it up after being denied entry and then go right into the next spot with no issues.

This bar is so much fun and in a great spot!! It’s always packed but I’m always surprised at how not great the cocktails and food are at the bar on the left. The regular distillery was closed for a private event, which has a better menu. I just wish the cocktails and food were better, it would make you feel better about spending $100 on a few cocktails and apps.

We didn’t eat but sat at the bar for a drink. Cocktails were great but the bartenders seemed totally annoyed to be engaging with any of the patrons. Staff was talking negatively about other patrons. Probably just a bad day for them but they should be aware of what people see and hear…1 and done…

When you arrive at the distillery you are greeted at the bottom gate. They have a very nice waiting area for the shuttle that will take you up to the distillery. The tour with Dan, was amazing! So knowledgeable about their process. A great story. I learned so much about the history of Utah.
At the end of the tour your are in the tasting room with several different whiskeys. I loved the entire day spending it on the amazing property. Beautiful views of the valley.
