It's almost always a wait to get in, although I see plenty of unseated tables and standing spots during my whole experience.Don't even go to the outside booth/bar for drinks because the menu is drastically different than the one inside/upstairs. The host should tell the guests that.The cocktails are not bad and there are plenty of flavor profiles to choose from. Not good enough to stay in line for it tho.The gift shop is the best. Grab a bottle and be on your way!

Lovely people very friendly service food is awesome delicious and special western taste. I went crazy over dessert called Grillswith which is a cinnamon roasted Krispy Kreme donut with vanilla ice cream and Rendezvous Rye caramel!! Absolutely yummy and unique I will never forget. All the whiskey cocktails are great! And the menu has a variety of options to choose from that all look delicious so it is difficult to choose from. I highly recommend this place

I didn't really come here for the food back in 2016, but I had their whiskey after my last days of skiing. I will say that their whiskeys are excellent, especially the Double Rye which I gladly bought at one of the nearby liquor stores in Ferndale, Michigan and it still tastes as good as I remember it.
I really wanted to give this place a higher review. We were told 45 min wait .. no problem grabbed drinks at the bar... After 1 hour we asked where we were in line they said next ... After 1hr and about 30 mins. We got a table. Took a while for a servicer to check on us. Food did come fast after ordering. We loved the pepper app. The burger was good. Better than no name for sure. If you're really hungry get a snack first. Drinks are pricey but it's what you expect in a tourist town.

At first it was amazing. The drinks and the outside bartender were 10/5… and the only reason for a 2 star. From that point on this place was a scam. The waitress tried to remember 11 orders and butchered it. She was only around during the phase where we racked up a bill then disappeared and was nearly impossible to track down. The chicken was WAY over breaded, dry and cold in the middle and burned on the outside. The waffles were good? For 30$……. Go for drinks and leave……
