Lots of potential, poor execution. Ordered a chicken panini, food was half warm and half cold. The seating arrangement feels very clustered and last minute. To top things off, they have you tip prior to receiving food/ service, wish I hadn’t chosen that 25% option.

I really enjoyed the avocado toast with smoked salmon and flat white. Yes it’s more expensive but we are in park city :)

Everything is so fresh, with huge portions. I really enjoyed the salsa bar. I had the steak bowl and the steak was perfect. Try the aqua fresca!Wheelchair accessibility: Open ground level, wide sitting

Melt in your mouth steak, incredible quesadillas (I will love the leftovers- the portions are huge!) Aqua Frescas, salsa bar, local products for sale- what a great place to kick it after a day on the slopes!Parking: Saturday late afternoon and we pulled right up

Poor service! Pam who rang us up had a poor attitude. Long face and short, very unpleasant The staff sat behind the counter talking it up while we waited 20 minutes for our sandwich. My Wife had to go up 3 times and finally someone pulled it of the grill. I could understand if they were busy but there was 5 people in the entire place. This place might have ok food but needs to catch up on customer service 101. Stop the chit chat and focus on your customers.

Yum, yum, yum! Delicious breakfast place and love that it opens earlier than many other places. There is an array of pre packaged items to choose from, coffee menu, and breakfast menu! I was impressed with the amount of food we got for the price. The breakfast burrito was huge and came with chorizo. The butter croissant was also huge, super soft, and butter too. Coffee was better than the other places we had tried prior. Staff was really kind and friendly. Would recommend and would go back.

The breakfast sandwich came out with cold eggs, they sent out a new one, but the bread was so hard you couldn't barely bite through it.

Excellent value for PC, and the food is fresh and interesting with plenty of vegetarian options. Easily could have more vegan options by allowing a tofu scramble in place of eggs for some of their dishes. Gluten free options as well.Vegetarian options: If you are a lacto ovo, plenty of options, if you avoid eggs and dairy cheese, there are less options but they do have a nice avacado toastDietary restrictions: Veggie options with dairy egg and some vegan options, also gluten free options

My favorite place for coffee in Park City. Amazing lattes and cappuccinos (my go tos). I just tried their ham and cheese croissant this morning and it was out of this world. Flaky, soft, plenty of ham. Outstanding. Their service is great. I have come here probably 10 times in the last 3 months and I’ve never been disappointed.

We biked over on Saturday for the first time to have coffee and pastries. We enjoyed it so much we came back the next day for breakfast burritos - one with chorizo, one without. They and the salsa were very much to our liking, especially the puffy layers of the tortillas. I was going to order coffee until I saw $1.25 upcharge for non-dairy milk. I might bring my own next time. I don’t know how much it costs them to carry a carton of oat milk. I love when places do a little extra to support non-animal products, not discourage plant-based. A bike rack would also be nice. We don’t how robust their recycling system is, so we pedaled the recyclables home with us.

I hope the powers that be take this review to heart as I have been a customer from day 1 and want to continue to be a frequent customer as a full time resident in the kimball area. First, the service has always been great! The staff are kind and patient. But the food has taken a turn for the worse that is prompting this review. If the food could be created as it was in the first chapter of Hills, this critique would be nothing but praise. Lately, every hot item that has a bread or wrap is hard, too hard to even eat. It’s obviously pre made and reheated quickly. Today the breakfast muffin is inedible. Hard bread, raw bacon, and a rubber egg. What happened to the Hills that kicked off what was a blessing for the PC breakfast scene? If you’re not seeing a return of regulars it’s because the food is lacking.

Got a burrito for myself and a grilled cheese for my youngest. Food was good, service was good, but when a child questions $7 orange juice something is wrong. Atmosphere was cluttered.

Delicious spot! Loved it so much- I went there for breakfast twice while in park city! Great coffee, juices and loved the breakfast bowl one morning and avocado toast the next. The breakfast burrito is so big you can share or have more for later. Great atmosphere and very kid friendly. Their grab and go items look amazing and I will be back for the ice cream!

So glad to have this little gem in Park City for incredible pastries and coffee. Also, their catering kitchen creates amazing menus and offers full-service options. I was able to attend a large-scale event at a horse ranch that Hill’s Kitchen catered and I was blown away at the set up, service, and flavors. If you’re looking for catering for a large or small gathering, I highly recommend these guys! They take the pressure off the planning and execution so the party hosts can enjoy their events as well.
