Service and menu were great, but kitchen was inconsistent with staging and food temps. I'd consider coming back on a less busy weekend.

The food was just not good. My short rib was tough, son's steak needed salt, duck was dry. It was also terribly hot in the restaurant and our server was rude. We won't be back.

Myke is an excellent server and the food is outstanding! Sure, it's Park City insane prices but the quality and creativity are impressive! The short rib is a must have, as is the cauliflower app. The NY strip comes with delicious sauces. We plan to come back next visit!

Overall, a pleasant restaurant with outstanding service.
I wouldn’t recommend the desserts. The Pavlova was very dense and hard to chew; the sorbet was the only thing that saved it. There were also no fresh berries at all, which was surprising.
The second dessert, Bajadera, was not to my taste—far too sweet.
The highlights of this place are definitely the chicken skewers and the polenta with ribs—absolutely divine.

Great atmosphere. Food and drink were overpriced for what was provided. We expected better, given we do a lot of fine dining. The service was slow and a bit disorganized, given it was Sundance. The Roulmlade was very good, however, the Short Rib was undercooked and tough, not fall off the bone. I think there are better options in town for fine dining.

Was served linguine with an actual SCREW in the food. When manager came to our table, he said he checked the kitchen and it couldn’t have been from there, borderline implying I brought my own screw and put into the food but said he’d “take care” of me.
When the check came, he just offered a small discount on the linguine but still made us pay for a part of the dish. Insanity. Could have choked on that screw or it would have led to a many thousands dentist bill but accusing a customer that they brought their own screw and not even apologizing is their way of dealing with it.

Wouldn’t go here - will be reach out to food safety department so the place gets investigated

Best service from Santiago! I even saw him go behind the bar to help when they were running behind. I love great teamwork. Also, food was amazing!!! My husband got the duck special and I got the short rib over polenta and baby carrots. The flavors were perfect and cooked wonderfully. We’re in town visiting and I’d be back. Highly recommend.
