Server was amazing. You really need to get the steaks right. With technology the way it is, all steaks should be cooked perfectly and warm. All dishes were freak except for the steak which was cold and not medium rare and not trimmed properly. No excuse for that. Corn bread was also not the best. Other Thanksgiving dishes were great.

We had a private party upstairs at Kaneo for a birthday celebration and I can't think of any way in which the experience could have been better. The manager, Sebastian, and his team took great care of us and the food was outstanding! We had two other dinners that week at very highly rated restaurants in Park City and Kaneo was the best of all of them!

I love Kaneo. I have eaten there many times and it never disappoints. The food is excellent and the staff is is friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. I particularly love the Mediterranean Salad, the Burrata, the Sardines (YES!), and the Branzino.

Overall a pleasant experience. The menu was a bit aspirational for what my order turned out to be, the pork roulade was actually a thin slice of ham rolled around bit of chopped mushroom and wrapped with a piece of bacon. The cauliflower appetizer had a delicious sauce but the "cauliflower' was green and looked and tasted suspiciously like broccolini, although the server charmingly described it as a new variety of cauliflower.

What a little gem. This restaurant is a must try. The ambiance is wonderful with soft classical guitar music playing and tables nicely spaced.
The menu is varied and has great flavors. We shared the beet salad and burrata salad to start. The beet salad was outstanding and the burrata salad was very good. Both dishes were light and very shareable.
The main course was outstanding. At the recommendation of our waiter Bruno, i ordered the lamb chops and my wife ordered the braised short ribs. We each loved our dishes and the portion sizes were perfect. We had a bottle of Frank Family Vineyards Zinfandel to accompany this wonderful meal.
We finished it off with an olive oil based lemon cake that was great. Overall, one of our best meals (Service, Ambiance, Food) anywhere.
Give Kaneo a try, you won’t be disappointed. Almost forgot, ask for Bruno he’s great!

The food really did tasted as good as it looked. I really enjoyed everything we had here. The staff were really kind to give us the best recommends. The appetizer, drink, and entree was my favorite. We got the Lemon Olive Oil because of the name, it was really tasty too but not my favorite. I would really love to be back again when I'm around the area.

Definitely the best carbonara in Utah! I’ve tried in many places and the carbonara from Kaneo is THE BEST!! Sebastian was our server and he was 10/10. He was such a knowledgeable and attentive server who made our experience a lunch to remember. We will be back soon!

We had burrata and octopus as a starter, and braised short rib and salmon as entrees. Our server Caro made great suggestions, and she also gave us five-star service. And something very notable was the manager, Sebastián, who offered us quality service from start to finish, making sure everything was in perfect condition and our experience was unbeatable.

Went there with my sister, her first time in park city, we picked up the restaurant randomly since we love Mediterranean food, we ordered scallops and shrimps scampi with lemon juice and ginger, the food was great but the portions for one person is small and we are not eaters, But the service was great!
