As I approached the airpot two employees were behind the counter talking loudly in Spanish. I was invisible. I took a large empty cup of coffee and filled it with a little bit of coffee. The coffee was not hot. It was lukewarm. I was going to ask for a different drink, but they were so wrapped up screaming at each other in Spanish.

Also got a very similar experience when I checked out with my groceries. What is up with these people? I am far from Texas. These people do not understand hospitality.
