A favorite restaurant of me and my wife. From appetizers to cocktails, entrees to desserts, everything we've ordered was a hit. All in a relaxed but upscale dining room, with attentive and friendly service. Checks every box for us!

Worst service ever! Felt the managers did not support their servers. Waited 15 min to find our server for the bill, then to run the credit card was another delay.

Drinks were not impressive.

The food was fair but over priced. Presentation was nice. Caesar salad was over citrus/lemon. Burrata was good, would have preferred the peaches to be peeled. Rigatoni was ok not very flavorful. Gnocchi did not hold up, fell apart (still mashed potatoes), meatballs were my favorite if you like spicy, squid ink linguine with garlic shrimp was mostly broth, shrimp was delicately cooked.

Really wanted to like this place but very disappointed with the service and food for that price.

As a published food columnist in Florida I certainly feel knowledgeable to offer my review of La Stellina. For a restaurant branded with a luxury hotel this restaurant misses the mark on many targets. I have never experienced a Caesar salad dressing that was rejected by all four diners. Our eggplant parmigiana couldn’t be described as Italian. Totally deconstructed and plated as two small slices of breaded medallions with a slice of cheese. As for the other pasta dish it was flavorless and overcooked. That being said this restaurant needs an executive chef rather than a line cook. Or simply taste the food before its exits the kitchen.

This is an incredible gem in deer valley. Representative of the top 5% of italian food I have ever had. Chef Joe was so nice to create a couple custom dishes (rigatoni with a pink sauce/morels and chicken parmesan) that we loved having. The manager Dave greeted us personally on arriving and checked on us a couple times during our dinner. The dinner service flowed smoothly and we had a great time.
The gnocchi dish with asparagus/peas and morel mushrooms is truly worthy of what a michelin awarded restaurant would serve.
It was so great the first night we went the following night as well. Would definitely come again.

The food is super overpriced for what you are getting. We did not feel like this was a unique cuisine experience at all. Also, the acoustics of the room made us feel like we were sitting at a community table with all the other patrons. The conversations of the other tables were constantly louder than our own!
I wouldn't drive out of my way to go here and if you're staying at the hotel you can Uber Eats Olive Garden and have just as good of food with a better eating experience in your quiet room.

Was utterly surprised how good this place was. The Italian food in Park City is.....quite terrible. Everything that folks ordered was well liked. The wait staff was great. I would actually and just did recommend this place, which is not a common occurrence for me based on PCs culinary options.

We had a disappointing experience at this Italian restaurant. The pasta was overcooked and drenched in oil, making it nearly inedible. The lasagna didn't impress either, and the puttanesca sauce on the fish tasted like it came straight from a can, leaving the fish itself dry and unappetizing.
Our server was fantastic and did his best to accommodate us, which was appreciated.

Paid for a Valley View King room with a balcony. We were given a regular king room, no balcony, next to the elevator. Receptionist gave my 12 week old a teddy bear on arrival which was a nice touch. However, the hotel charged us a higher price for a higher room and never mentioned at all that they were putting us in the base room… only upon entering the room did we discover that we had been bait and switched! Because of this, we also missed the champagne toast and smores as we tried to decide what to do. My husband then tried to call down to the front desk, our room phone doesn’t even work! For $2,800.00 a night before tax stay elsewhere! Beware unless you want an expensive hassle.

Had a terrible experience here. Came here for a friend’s 80th birthday. Service was terrible and I am amazing laid back and very patient. They missed 2 orders on our table of 12. We just canceled the orders because the other orders took over an hour. The person next to me ordered a Caesar Salad with Wild salmon and his salad came out with Farmed Salmon with no dressing. It took him half an hour to get dressing. Really bad that a place like this advertises wild salmon and serves farmed salmon. We had Burger King last night and that was actually a better meal.

Let’s play a game of ‘Guess the Chef’s Criminal Record’ at this Italian joint. Not to be harsh, but my taste buds felt like they were doing time in culinary jail after trying their 'high cuisine' dishes. Had to send back not one, but two dishes – the pasta was saltier than the Dead Sea, I kid you not. If my 5-year-old made that, I'd give him a gold star, but let's keep amateur hour out of professional kitchens, shall we?

And don't even get me started on the steak – I could've used it as a spare tire in an emergency.
Gordon Ramsay would have a field day here, probably laughing harder than at an Olive Garden. If he ever graces this place with his presence, it'll be a funnier show than any comedy special.

But hey, it's not all doom and gloom. The service was top-notch, and the staff were as courteous as if they were serving a royal banquet. So, if you're in the mood for a laugh and don't mind sacrificing your taste buds, this place might just be the ticket. Otherwise, steer clear – your palate will thank you.
