overpriced for a order at the counter basic pizza joint. I get its park city… but damn! Pasta and salads were average at best. Adult beverages are all $10 minimum.

I visited this place recently and the staff was rude. There is a gratuity of 15% even though we are expected go at table and place the order and pick up the order. The food was not great either.

Do not recommend. Everything looks good but looks are definitely deceiving here. Pasta is bland and tasteless. You order your own food but get charged a 15% service charge. We got two adult meals and a soda drink for $100.....

My review kinda old but when I was here I thought the prices were pathetic and the automatic tip was bullcrap, especially on a party of one.

Some of the servers were helper some didn’t know what they were doing. Their noddles were way under rated. The dishes were a bit expensive but the noodles were home made and amazing. The dishes were huge though and if you are not a very hungry person make sure you order the half plate that will be more than enough food for you.

Not impressed, food was actually pretty good for what it is, very casual place, but ridiculously overpriced and I only realized after paying and leaving a tip that they automatically put a 15% service charge on the bill. For what? You have to go up to the counter to order. And the fact they don't tell you it's on there and then let you leave a tip is just shady.

I kind of wish I were not required to give a number rating. If you are walking in, this place is exactly what you expect.
Large restaurant, ton of seats, has pizza, has beer, has pasta, has everything you are looking for. Ton of families seated. Ton of kids. No lines.
Service is somewhere between a fast food place and a full service restaurant.
If you don’t strategize, the restaurant is quite expensive. But if you are looking for a place to feed a family of 4 or 5 or 6 or whatever, there are good options here. We fed 4 people for roughly $60 incl the service fee.
I can imagine being disappointed with the food if I were from NYC and used to the pizza scene there. But I got exactly what I expected.

Are you kidding me? $19.50 for a mini microwave pizza. Digiorno at 7-11 is twice the size and $6. I didn't even see it was a "10 inch" on uber eats. I just ordered a cheese pizza and figured for 20 bucks it was at least enough for 2 people to have 2 slices each. But it's not. Literally a micro pizza. Plus a buttered spaghetti. $48 with delivery. Ridiculous.

Pasta was all bland. They give you cups but don't tell you it's for water not fountain drinks. Automatically charge you 15% for service but they don't serve you. When checking out the female made a comment that it was so much money. Almost like she didn't think I could afford. Pizza was ok. For the price and location was hoping a better experience and higher quality good.

The service at this restaurant is atrocious. I called them after the delivery driver didn’t have the complete order. I told them I had people over and needed them to send what was missing. They gave the party line that it was the delivery company’s problem not theirs, even though the receipt showed the order and the driver got on the phone and said they didn’t give him the complete order. I begged them to fix the issue, and instead I got the same “Sorry, I can’t help you. Company policy.” So I told them I would leave a bad review of them here. It’s the only option I had left.
You’re response to this only serves to emphasize your lack of customer service. Maybe it was someone else’s fault, maybe it wasn’t. That misses the point. You did nothing to help make it right when there was a problem. Instead you come on here and retaliate and try to “trash” a customer who had a bad experience. It had its intended effect though. I wish I had just never ordered from your store in the first place.

Fantastic customer service. The Teriyaki Chicken in my sandwich was dry and the buns were soaked in the sauce like the cook pulled out last minute

Everything LOOKS delicious. Kids Cheeseburger was the best thing we ordered. Chicken Cob Salad was dry, and the lettuce tasted old. The carrots were good. BLT was unimpressive. The Garlic Knots are tasty. Fries were soggy. Noodles were doughy. For the price AND the 15% service charges... keep looking
