The most horrible experience of my life. The whole team is pathetic. I order through Uber Eats and products are always missing—out of 5 orders, 4 are wrong. Today I placed an order and waited for more than an hour, and after an hour they canceled it for no reason. No explanation, nothing. Is this how you treat your customers? I called regarding another order and asked why items were missing, and the woman who answered told me to go and get them myself if I wanted them, in a condescending tone, and when I tried to say something else, she hung up on me. What kind of worthless managers does that location have? How can they treat people like this—the same people who ultimately pay their salaries? This was my last order. Until you change your staff, you will keep getting one-star reviews from everyone. An incompetent team, incompetent managers.

The worst team that brings shame to the McDonald’s company. I have ordered many times through Uber Eats, and every single time the order has come from this restaurant. Each time, items are missing, the food is cold, or the order gets canceled after I’ve waited for over an hour—they simply cancel it. Today is 1/16/2026, and my order is #1654. The fries are missing, and this happens every time. I called at 4:20, a girl answered, I explained the issue, and then she hung up on me. What kind of team and managers does this McDonald’s have?

I waited three hours for my order just to find out Mc Donald’s never even made my food. After three hours they canceled my order and gave no sympathy. everything time i tried to call they heard my name and hung up on me
McD’s has really gone downhill… no “service with a smile”… I have to push screen buttons and wait and I swear it takes 4 times as long compared to a smiling face taking my order. So impersonal now. Also, ice cream came not even to the top of the cup and now costs 5 bucks?? Maybe worst of all the fast food places now?

Went in at 9 pm to order food inside, dinning was closed when the sign says closed at 10pm. Went through drive through and the guys was really rude and kept yelling at us like we couldn’t hear. We didn’t get our food until 15 minutes later. Awful experience.

This McDonald's had the RUDEST manager. We ordered a meal (which was barely warm)for our child, drinks for us and we had brought food from another restaurant to eat inside while she ate. The manager came over and told my husband we couldn't eat the outside food in the restaurant. He said ok and started to gather up our food. She then comes to me and said it's company policy GET OUT. Pretty sad management even if it is only a fast food place. I wish I would have asked to see that policy as it was not posted anywhere in the restaurant. I would give it zero stars if possible.
