I want to make this review in a way where I am being polite and trying to give feedback for good. I really recommend for the manager herself and employees to be a little more kind. After things missing in my order and asking for it I felt very offended by the customer service I received. & also it’s been multiple times ice cream is watery & not creamy like other locations. I just hope this is read and can help.

I waited for 30 minutes. This place is the worst McDonalds. The woman managing at around 8 am on Friday Dec. 13th is extremely rude, condescending and was a horrible communicator. she defiantly needs training on how to work with customers and general kindness.
There is a reason this particular McDonalds has such low ratings.
They initially refused to serve me, made me wait then messed up my order on the computer. There was also about three other people being ignored by staff members. One woman just wanted a refill of her Diet Coke, they filled it only about 3/4 of the way. Cheapskates.
They refused to fix my order and were horribly rude. This whole process which led me to get the wrong sandwich took about 30 minutes. They wasted my time and money.

Are you serious? This is 3.89? Each????? This is not how it is in other mcdonalds! Its not even to the rim. Then Almost threw our other food at us. I didn’t get her name but it was a small latina girl. It’s very sad and pitiful! Im not happy with this. Very disappointed. Never going to this location ever. If you’re having a bad day or you dont like your job you dont have the right to pass it on other people.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I have never written a review and this will be my first. Google maps and Apple Maps said it was open at the time I went and said it would be open until 12am (I arrived at 7pm). I ordered on the app which went through and told me to pick up at drive through (it didn’t say anything about being closed). When I got there everything was locked and they kept shaking their heads at me. They were trying to talk to me through a glass window but I had no idea what they were saying. I pointed at the door and asked to speak because I wanted to know why they closed at 7pm and a solution for my food. They opened the first set of doors but wouldn’t open the other which is literally the same as talking through a solid glass window. I assume the manager was the one I was trying to talk to. He was saying some stuff but I couldn’t hear him at all. I kept asking to open the other door so we could talk but they kept refusing. I was keeping a respectful distance from the door showing no signs of aggression. I just wanted to know why they closed and how to I get my money back. He said something and then left. They wouldn’t come back to talk. It’s the complete lack of respect and treating someone else as a human being that really got to me. If you can go somewhere else do it. Management needs to learn some lessons and make changes.

I stop by to grab a breakfast And they charged me for 2 extra frappes I didn’t even order when I ask to speak with the manager she started screaming like idiot and she call the police To kick me out the parking lot now you know in park city is legal to steal money all you need to have is a busines And managers like McDonalds be careful with this place basically steal money from customers They had terrible customer service Supervisor was under drugs I’m pretty sure because she lock the doors to avoid reimburse the money she steal from my credit card 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

The worst place to buy your breakfast or lunch, they have the worst genius, they treat you as if you came to order food for free or worse. The employees are very rude, starting with a manager! Terribleeeee!

Every time I've come here the food has been cold or my order has been wrong. Getting my food remade takes forever. Service is slow. For the location this is unacceptable. Management needs to get this location running better. WHEN I SEND FOOD BACK IT NEEDS TO BE REMADE. YOU DONT ADD WHATS MISSING AND REHEAT.
