After going here for years, and even having a Mod sticker on our Yakima. We are giving up.
A few nights ago, we went and got 3 pizzas, and they were all tiny. We asked what was up and they sort of shrugged their shoulders and said the dough press is old. Oh well...
Went pack tonight and ordered on the app. After 35 minutes, I went to check on the status and they said they hadn't even started making them. We ended up getting a refund and left.
It is a shame, because their pizzas are good. But the service and quality is just not what it used to be.

This location SERIOUSLY needs to eliminate or limit the number of online/phone orders, because it creates a huge wait time for those of us who actually go into this location to order a pizza.
I'm not sure which receives priority, but I've seen a string of tickets come through, and mess up the entire rotation of Pizzas and orders. This location could sustain itself on walk ins alone and I feel this needs to change.
Otherwise, the staff here is good and the food is always hot and fresh despite the wait times.

I’M PISSED…So…Mod Pizza was vey busy, which I understand and waited for over 35 minutes in line, which again, I understand…what’s NOT OK, is when it was my turn to order, the girl behind the counter assumed that I was with the 2 guys BEHIND me and since they spoke Spanish and I didn’t, she said she was going to take their order first since they all spoke Spanish…again, the store was extremely busy and I waited almost 10 more minutes before my order was taken…what a bunch of total BS!!! Sorry to seem petty, but…ya! I’M PISSED!!! She never did take my order…someone else finally did.

After 12 hours on a motorcycle didn't want to ride anywhere for dinner. Tried MOD Pizza 5 min walk from hotel. I was incredibly suprised. Ordered their Mega thick crust with sausage, pepperoni and artichoke. Cost $12.99. Morello $4.00. Pizza crust melted in your mouth One of the best pizzas I've ever had
Came in on a Weds.at 5:30. Ordered the cauliflower crust pizza with lots of veggies on top. Everything was delicious and $14.74 is an amazing price for their pizza! I like this location and although there was a bit of a wait, it was worth the wait!
