Awesome dive bar! Im celiac and was having a hard time finding a place that was open, and that I could safely eat at. The bartender Elliot was knowledgeable and confirmed the fries wouldn't be safe, but got me a burger without a bun. He also checked to see if he had any gluten free beers, I ended up with some Bacardi and sprite. Great atmosphere, great bartenders, love the place.

We got a first beer at the bar, and were completely ignored thereafter in spite of tipping, and being polite and patient. Spend your money elsewhere. There’s so many other good choices in town!

A shot of mezcal cost me $20 (Sundance price). I should’ve asked before… but didn’t find out til I asked for the check. that really sucked. Left me not wanting to come back and leave this review.

We were refused service at O’Shucks after not tipping on our first beers, with plans to tip at the end. This unprofessional and unwelcoming behavior from the bartender was disappointing. A bar should encourage a relaxed atmosphere, not pressure for immediate tips after each drink. Would not recommend. It’s a shame because the other bartender with the long beard seemed nice… wish we got him instead.

We had such a good time stopping in here one of the nights my boyfriend and I were in Park City recently. It's right in the middle of downtown and Alex, our bartender, was super friendly and nice; even though he was busy, he kept checking on us and answering our questions about the caps on the bottles and Utah drinking rules. We ordered some buffalo wings, even though at this point in the night we had already had plenty to eat while walking around exploring all day, but they were good and we were happy that there was a place serving food and drinks at a late hour. The place was packed but sitting at the bar was fun and we really enjoyed the service; other bartenders helped us while we were there too. Security out front was nice as they checked IDs before we went in. There's a cozy little patio out front as well, where we waited for our Uber to come get us at the end of the night. Got a friendly thanks and goodnight as we left too. All around a fun stop and totally makes sense why it was one of the more popular places for late night fun.

To preface this review: I accept a minimum 20% tip as a part of going out to eat.I have only ever not tipped 20% or more two times in my life and I would say I eat out a lot. I also completely understand the frustrations customer service people have to deal with and tolerate all day everyday. I respect them and think they deserve regular tips. That being said, I was treated with outright contempt by a waiter here. It got so bad waiting on the patio watching the waiter bring beers to his friends who showed up, I went inside to order, where I overheard the bartender openly discussing their federally illegal weed trafficking operation from Colorado to Utah in front of customers - 45 minutes into waiting to even get a glass of water.I should have just left. That was my mistake. But, stupidly, ignoring the glaring red flags, I didn’t. I persevered here and ordered.Huge mistake. The food tasted microwaved or barely cooked when it finally came out. Because of the length of time it took to get a single order in on a slow day, I had a single beer. And at the end, extremely frustrated, I didn’t leave a tip. The waiter who had discussed his weed trafficking operation with his friends he was pouring beers to from the taps, came out and confronted me about the lack of tip. The audacity at first took me by surprise. But if you want to go somewhere the food sucks, the service sucks, the atmosphere sucks and then you want highway robbery by their waitstaff at the end, then this is the place of your dreams.

We went at midnight, ubered non the less and an employee said we're closed all rude and abrupt like. Good says close at 1 am and there are about 15 people there... sooo...... rude. Never going again.
Took an Uber to the bar, google and everything online says open until 1. Guy rudely tells us that they are closed at 11:45? While the bar is full of people? Great customer service moron.

Most ignorant and xenofob bartender in town. The fact you blatantly tell a patron that you did not inform otherImmigrant patrons of the deal that you are running a special on beer just because you think they won’t take care of you it’s as pathetic as it gets in the bartending/hospitality world. More than half your patrons were from out of USA.You are a true piece of… my guy. You deserve to be where you are in your life. Also just an idea of how stupid and irrelevant google reviews are this place has over 4 stars. Let that sink in. Next time try gettin on your knees for a tip.

Worst experience of my life I don’t know who the owners are or who manages this place but your waitress and ESPECIALLY your BARTENDER is HORRIBLE. The bartender with the red hair gave me the worst service of my life. The sushi chefs are fabulous other than that I’ll take my money and my business else where. GO AT YOUR OWN RISK
