They charge you for cream cheese even when you purchase a bagel. My bagel tasted a day old.

Great atmosphere, great coffee, great grilled cheese. The iced coffee is so cheap and really yummy, the cashier, Kafika was also super kind to me!

I was meeting a business partner for a meeting and we stopped here for breakfast. It was awesome and I would recommend coming here

Wanted to try a more local spot but was disappointed. The cashier wasn’t very friendly and avoided saying hi or make eye contact. I got “Adam’s” sandwich and it was just okay. The sandwich could have had higher quality ingredients and fresher. They were also out of one of the ingredients supposed to be on the sandwich. They were mopping 2 hrs before close and giving me dirty looks for walking on the floors just so I could use the bathroom. The bathroom also was out of paper towels to dry your hands. None of these things alone would have been a big deal but together was a little annoying

Worse eggs ever. I ordered a breakfast burrito with eggs, cheese, salsa. I never got the green salsa so why ask me what type I want. The eggs were fake and very slimy. When orders were ready no one knew who’s order was who’s. The person taking orders did not ask for a name and everyone in the place ordered a burrito. There was 8 people in the store and orders got messed up. Disappointed as I was hoping for a good burrito, and it was gross.

I absolutely love coming here. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Food is great and comes out quickly! Love this place so much. It's my go to for bagels!

I ordered bagels and burritos an hour before for pick up. The bagels seemed like day old and were dry and stale. The burritos were good and fresh.

$9 breakfast bagel was basically just microwaved. 16 oz Latte was all milk with one tiny shot of horrible espresso. Not worth your money. Go anywhere else.

I've given these guys 3 tries but won't be returning. The biggest thing is the service. Not welcoming, not friendly, not helpful, and not thankful. I really got the impression that I wasn't welcome. When she handed me the food, there was no smile or thank you. Not a word. I said, "Thank you, have a great day!" No response. I got home and my bacon was almost raw (asked for crispy), and there was no cream cheese on my bagel. Worst BEC ever. In this economy, I just spent my hard-earned money at this local establishment, and I was treated like they don't need my business. Got it! I'd suggest spending your money at a big chain before wasting it here.

The Black Diamond breakfast burrito with eggs, cheese, and sausage was quite good but very small. Cashier wasn’t too friendly. Caramel macchiato was pretty good.
