Nice friendly brewpub with a nice selection of menu items. A solid selection of smooth brews...as well as ales, IPA etc. We tried the newer Rice beer... Yum. Staying in PC area for a couple of weeks and will return. Easy in and out. 2 Servers were also great in checking in on us several times...

Crappy food, crappier management.
Cozy small operation brewery. Liked the Silver creek water amber. Tasty delicious. Down to earth friendly staff. Highly recommendable.
Ugh we were so disappointed with the food. We ordered the pretzel appetizer, buttered noodles for my son, chicken sandwich, and fish n chips. The pretzel buns (rolls? not sure what they were) were overcooked and dry. The noodles were undercooked. I got the Caesar as my side for the chicken sandwich, but the lettuce was wilted beyond belief. I told my husband (and the waiter) it tasted like they made it an hour before and it sat there waiting for someone to order it. With the fish n chips, the fish seemed like it was from the frozen section at the grocery store. Luckily the fries were good! And I had no complaints over the chicken sandwich. We have never been here before and we can confidently say we won't return. The value of food we received for what we paid left us with a bad taste in our mouth (literally) and had us wishing we went anywhere else. Luckily the service was great and the waiter did take the extra I had to pay to get my Caesar as my side to the sandwich off the bill, so that was nice. Maybe we just ordered the wrong things, but after paying over $20 per person to eat we expected more, especially in Park City.

If you are in the heber area its worth the extra 30 minute drive to try this place out. The beer is phenomenal. Personal favorite was the amber. 10 out of 10 would recommend

Some items are good. Steak sandwich is NOT. A little pricy for what you get. $75 for 3 people…no alcohol.

Decent beer, but where are the fall and winter selections? Food was horrible. How can the owner eat the steak sandwich and think that's acceptable? Nice staff but we were interrupted constantly because they don't know what the other staff is doing for follow up or table service.

The nachos were good with the steak fajita add on. Then ordered the tacos which we ordered fish, chicken, and pork one of each the fish was top notch but chicken and pork not so much they were not very flavorful.
The service was outstanding. Over all I’d go again to try other menu items.
One last thing the cocktail prices were overpriced for what you got.

We won’t be back. Warm beer. Cold food. Not particularly clean. Service was fair. I’m sure there are much better places in PC.

I’m from Boulder, CO and PCB is one of my favorite stops in Park City. Tyler, Billy, and everyone that I’ve interacted with have been an absolute delight. The food is yummy and the service FAR outweighs other establishments in the area. The beer is beyond tasty and the staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Everyone has been exceptionally helpful with any questions I’ve had. Exactly what you want out of a local brewery. The energy and vibe is welcoming, casual, and cozy. Very thankful for such a good brewery spot in Park City!

Dog friendly patio. Didn't have any food, just beer which was good. Like mentioned in other reviews, service can be a bit slow. When we were there, it was only one guy (other than kitchen staff) working hard to cover the whole place as someone called in sick. He did warn everyone coming in that he was solo, so if someone was on a tight schedule they would know right away to go somewhere else. Next time, we'll go for lunch as the orders that came to the neighboring tables looked pretty good.
